I was skeptical about buying a suit for $500. But I must say once received it was one of the best fitting suits. I own many luxury and premium suits that surpass $2000. X Suit materials and comfort are incredible without sacrificing style and quality. The customer service was even better. Maria followed up with directly to ensure I received my suits and If there were any concerns. I’m a lifetime customer. Definitely exceeded all expectations.

Well, let me lead by saying, the Xbriefcase is one of the best professional bags I've ever used. It's sleek, organized, and built to last. But the real thing I want to highlight is Xsuit's customer service. When there was wear damage on my briefcase, I asked their help desk how they'd recommend I go about fixing the damage. I never would have expected that they would accept a full return and then replace my briefcase free of charge! It's service like this that will keep me coming back to Xsuit time and time again.

I usually don’t like wearing suits because I can never get the right fit and I’m never comfortable. Not this time. The suit fit was perfect and it’s actually comfortable to wear. I’ve already purchased two and I plan on getting one more.

This suit is so stretchy and so comfy. I’m a musician and I play 4 concerts a week in this suit, and comfort is key. It’s perfect. Fits beautifully, looks smart and I’m definitely buying a second one soon. I ordered the suit and it arrived in less than a week. Right after it arrived, customer service checked in to make sure everything was okay. Super pleased with how well this worked out for me.

Was skeptical at first about the on-line fitting and purchasing process plus, after years of tailored-suit purchases, I wondered how a suit could be ‘washable’ and still look good. The X Suit exceeded my expectations. It fit extremely well and looks great, even after a cold wash. Thank you!

Everything about the process was amazing. Immediately received a friendly, and personalized email. Tye suite came beautifully packaged. I eventually returned the suit, but then, the customer service was even better! As soon as I started the return process, I received another email helping me through the process! No trying to convince me etc. and money was returned on time! Well done Xsuits. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Maria that helped me process an exchange was fantastic! I explained I needed to make sure I got my replacement before a specific date for an event and she sent out the correct size before they even got my exchange back in the mail. Very helpful!

I own 5 of their suits and I love them, the quality finish is excellent plus they are truly machine washable I will buy more they hold up to the weather extremes cause I work out side and when it rains you can just dry them fast with a rag. Plus the service is great

I needed to return the jacket. The customer service bot Maria, supportATxsuitDOTcom is a NON-WORKING - EMAIL ADDRESS. I cannot get customer support to make a return. The SuitX return process is not fair - beware if you remove a tag from the jacket button to it try on - SUITX contends that you cannot return the jacket. The zipper on the slacks is cheap and looks like a rental tuxedo - wish I could return mine - but I've been stymied by deceit.

The suit came in a timely manner and was beautifully packaged.
The fitting assistance on the web site helped me get my suit properly fitted the first time. The follow up messages from Maria were greatly appreciated. They would have been even more helpful if I had needed to return something but in my case, it all fit the first time!

Ordered a suit based on my normal tshirt and dress shirt sizes. When the suit arrived, the jacket was small. I emailed customer service and they handled the order/return quickly.

I always buy custom suits, but they don’t travel well internationally. I ordered a X suit and love the fabric stretch, feel and details like pick stich and what you receive on an $3000+ custom-made suits. I ordered the wrong size but no worries with X Suit. Customer support was amazing. They sent me the right size within days with great communication. I will order many more in the future to travel with. You have a customer for life.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with Ex. I have been a loyal customer of several major clothing brands for decades, spending tens of thousands of dollars on suits, shirts, ties, and accessories. Recently, I had a disappointing experience with a company called Tom James out of Boston. Their shirts started to fall apart, and they weren't willing to accommodate me in any way. As a result, I began searching for alternatives and discovered Ex. So far, my experience has been positive, but time will tell how it continues.

Quality of the xSuit is amazing. Could not be happier with the fit. The customer service team is also amazing helping with picking the correct size, they were fast and knowledgable

Great suits and shirts. I have been thoroughly impressed by the overall quality of the suits and shirts. Excellent value. The customer service is also great. When I have had to make changes to an order, make an exchange, or ask questions about an order, the customer service department has always been quick to reply with helpful and attentive information.

This is my second XSuit, purchased specificity for my wedding. The style, feel, and over all quality of XSuit has made me a customer for life. Admittedly, I do not wear suits often. However, when I need to look especially dapper I will be wearing an XSuit.

During my first attempt to order, the website crashed before I was able to check the final sizes. I then placed another order. Unfortunately, the first order went through anyway. I immediately noticed it and wrote to the company. I was told that the order had already been fulfilled, but they sent me a return label. The second order showed up right away, and I love the fit and style of the suit. I was inadvertently charged for the first order (it never came), but the excellent customer service promptly issued a refund. With the fantastic quality of the suit and the customer service, I will certainly spread the news about this company to my friends and probably purchase another suit.

Man I honestly wasn’t so sure this was going to be the right choice and it was more than I wanted to spend. But I pulled the trigger and ordered on a Friday morning around 8am would have got package on Wednesday of the next day but UPS had some weather delays, but this suit is amazing! So flexible, light, comfortable and it doesn’t even feel like I’m wearing a suit! I will be ordering a second one for sure! 100% happy!
