Honestly, I was hesitant because of the price, but after wearing it a couple of times, it’s worth every penny. It looks great and feels so comfortable, just like wearing loungewear but looking super sharp.

Fake money back guarantee

Fake money back guarantee
I bought a jacket. Xsuit's homepage says: "100-Day risk-free trial with money back guarantee". Furthermore, I was assured by mail and on the telephone that if I didn't like the jacket, I could, indeed, return it and get my money returned to my bank account. However, when I did return the jacket, they gave me a giftcard for their store and claimed that that was a valid way of honouring the money-back guarantee. But a giftcard is not the same as getting money returned to your bank account, which xsuit customer service promised me on the phone. I believe this is actually illegal.

You answer contains multiple errors.

First, while yo clearly state your money back guarantee under your normal products, you do not state that it doesn't count under the products that are on sale. You do not state it on the sale page, on the product pages or on the checkout page. There is no reason to believe that the money back guarantee stated on your front page doesn't count for items on sale. This is deception. You can only find this information when clicking the return policy link at the bottom of the checkout page. And I suspect that you have recently amended your return policy on the EU page - but you forgot to do it in your US page, where it still states,
"Refund policy
We offer 45 day exchanges and returns for items that are in new condition (unwashed, unaltered, free of stains or smells). Return shipping is free within the contiguous US. Returns must include all accompanying accessories and any free items that came with them. Upon approval, returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable."

Second, you clearly do not take my feedback seriously since you refuse to take responsibility for a customer service employee lying to my face. I would never have bought the jacket if I had known you wouldn't refund me if I didn't like it.

There is nothing on your homepage I want. The quality of your suits is horrible now compared to the first versions. One of the reasons I returned the jacket was that it looked shabby and worn - even though it was supposed to be brand new. Come to think about it, maybe you actually sold me a used item.

I'd recommend that everyone stay away from this company.

My husband loves his suit! It looks really nice on him. Quick shipping. We did have to get a smaller jacket but customer service was very helpful and the transaction was super easy. I do highly recommend.

I was truly disappointed by my…

I was truly disappointed by my experience. I'm starting a brand new clothing image and was hoping that I would do it with Xsuits, I was wrong.
I travel a lot and I missed the deadline to return them, honest mistake, in addition the pants were damaged en route and they refused to replace them for store credit.
There was no request for reimbursement, all I wanted was to return it for store credit. They could have done something that simple, I'm really bummed. Xsuits needs to honor its own policies.

Beware - Horrible Customer Service and Refund Process

I recently purchased a suit from xSuit, and while the product looks and feels good, my experience with their customer service has been nothing short of a nightmare.

After ordering the suit, I found that the size did not fit and returned it on May 15, 2024. xSuit confirmed that the refund had been processed on May 22, 2024, stating it would take 2-3 days to reflect in my account. However, 21 days later, I still have not received my refund.

Throughout this period, xSuit has provided me with a series of false and misleading excuses:

On May 22, they sent me a PDF as "proof of payment," claiming the error was with my bank. This was completely false.
On June 2, they alleged that the issue was with their payment processor, iDeal, due to internal problems.
On June 10, they falsely stated that iDEAL was withholding the funds.

Despite multiple follow-ups, xSuit has been uncooperative and deceptive, making it an absolute battle to get my funds back. If the size does not fit, be prepared for a long and frustrating ordeal to recover your money. I urge potential buyers to be cautious and consider this risk before purchasing

This is the best company ever

This is the best company ever. I was a little unhappy (probably my fault for not reading carefully) and they did everything quickly to make me happy. The suits are amazing. The shirts are ridiuclous. I will never buy a suit elsewhere.

Nice bag, but..

Nice bag, but I bought it as a Kickstarter funding project and now I see the bag even cheaper on the website. It's always on sale for somehow. I feel a bit deceived.

Incredible suit and service

Incredible suit and service! The material is so comfortable. I'm a large athletic build guy and getting suits to fit and allow for any type of movement was impossible to find. The Xsuit is the first suit that allowed me to look great and feel comfortable. On top of that the customer service made it so easy to send in the jacket for a different size until I got the absolute perfect fit. So impressed!

The customer service is excellent

The customer service is excellent. I had made an incorrect order and they were very responsive to cancel the order. One of the items did not fit properly, and again, they were very quick to issue a return label and refund. I would not hesitate to use XSuit for future purchases. Also, their product is very high quality with fast shipping!

Great experience and Great suit!!

1. Customer Service: Absolutely incredible. Super responsive and helpful. My order didn't work out and they were very quick with processing the refund. Nothing but great things to say about their customer service.
2. Quality of suit: The ads are spot on. This suit was EXTREMELY comfortable! Also, because its a thinner material, its a bit slimming.
3. Fit. I found the pants to run a bit long. I typically wear a 34x30 and had to go with an XS pant length with a size 34x28.

I plan to buy this product again in the future. High quality, flattering and comfortable.

Bad after sales service

I live outside US but gave my sisters address in US to save $35 international shipping charge. The size turned out to be big. It took me 4 months to get the shirt and returning is not easy. I asked them if I can get the same deal they gave at checkout so I can order the smaller size and they refused. Not great service I would say!

Since I discovered xSuit ... No going back

Since I discovered xSuit, I've practically replaced all my clothes with their products. I bought three suits from xSuit (charcoal, gray, and navy), along with seven shirts, four ties, an air jacket, two extra pairs of pants, and several undershirts. At this point, if xSuit has it, that's where I shop.

I've owned many high-end shirts and suits over the years, but none of them feel as good or have additional features like stretch, water repellency, and odor resistance. The shirts themselves are so comfortable that I sometimes sleep in them! At this point, I refuse to even consider fabrics that do not have stretch. I want to replace my entire wardrobe with xSuit's tech-made clothing, which brings me to my only complaint - the lack of more color options at the moment. For example, there were no purple, green, or red dress shirt colors available. I had to go to Hugo Boss, Sene, or other companies, which was unfortunate.

I cannot recommend this company more highly. It's amazing to see how coffee spills just slide off my clothes instead of me walking around with stains.

Best suit hands down!!

I was a little nervous to buy a suit online, especially one so different from what I've bought in the past. It's been a while since I've bought a suit and I wasn't 100% sure about my current measurements. But I decided to buy the Xsuit 5.0 with a couple shirts to go with it. Wow did I make a great decision!!!

I received my ordered today and tried it on. Not only did I get the right fit, but it felt great. Of course I tried the water test and yup, it rolled right off. But I REALLY wanted to see how well it would stand up to some physical activity. It was about 80 degrees here today and I decided to do some martial arts, you know kicks, stretches, all that. And the suit was PERFECT for it. All-in-all it was able to stand up to anything I could think of. Since I just got it today, I haven't washed it yet, but I'd imagine that'll be fine as the craftsmanship showed no flaws that I could find. So yes, definitely worth it!

DO NOT BUY

Ordered the Xsuit 5 + two X-shirts.
After my order getting lost(?) received it after quite a wait. Jacket fits, put pants and shirts didn’t so I returned those.
My tracking said the return was delivered, but didn’t get a confirmation from Xsuit until I emailed them and they searched for 5 days…
Finally my exchange was confirmed and sent. However the package seems to be stuck somewhere again so I emailed them about it. Apparently this is normal BUT, they also casually mentioned my shirts were never found after my exchange, so they didn’t send those back! And they are not helpful at all about it!
The products are good but expensive, but if you have to make an exchange, apparently they make your items disappear and you lose a lot of money…
