Everything about the process was amazing. Immediately received a friendly, and personalized email. Tye suite came beautifully packaged. I eventually returned the suit, but then, the customer service was even better! As soon as I started the return process, I received another email helping me through the process! No trying to convince me etc. and money was returned on time! Well done Xsuits. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

I placed my order for a suit, and realized that I ordered the wrong color. I quickly email - it was late at night - and had a response pretty early in the am. I was worried that it would be complicated, and may even need to cancel and start over again. Vanessa took care of it, totally hassle free, and sent me a new email confirmation. She was super friendly and helpful!

Everything was smooth and efficient. Staff were pleasant and helpful, (perhaps one fellow could improve).
