Further to my previous review a few days ago, just in case people are not aware, it has just been announced today that both XendPay and it's sister company which processed the funds (Rational Foreign Exchange Ltd) have 'entered administration' due to declaring themselves insolvent. Here is the pub
"On 29 November 2023, Rational Foreign Exchange Limited (RFX) entered special administration under the Payment and Electronic Money Institution Insolvency Regulations 2021. Ed Boyle and Kristina Kicks of Interpath Ltd have been appointed joint special administrators (JSAs)".
"A PSD Agent of the firm, Xendpay Limited – which is under common ownership – also entered administration at the same time. The affairs of that firm are being managed by the same insolvency practitioners, Ed Boyle and Kristina Kicks of Interpath Ltd".
You should Google 'Rational Foreign Exchange Limited enters special administration' to read the published story by the FCA. You should all read as it explains whom to contact and how to apply for return of your funds (as they were 'safeguarded') in the event of the Company collapsing.
Hope this helps!
Need response from Xendpay

I recently made a money transfer through Xendpay; however, I am now encountering difficulties accessing the website as it appears to be blocked. This situation is causing me some concern. Could any one assist in providing clarity or support in resolving this matter promptly?
Xendpay is holding my card payments for transfer to India. They are not responding on emails and even I made isd call which is also not working. Requesting xendpay to please release my savings we need it urgently in India.
What has happened to this company, they have over £8600 of my money, a transfer to Euros was ordered on Thursday 23/11. I have neither the Euros transferred as promised or any way of contacting them.
My account is closed and funds aren't returned back for more than 8 days. Now Xendpay website is down and no one Pickup the call. I am afraid of being scammed by Xendpay.
I had a transaction on 27th November 2023, but now the website is down, and with further updates and response of what's happening to my funds. I had tried to call the customer service and email them, there is no one answered the phone call nor replying the message. I am very worried if they are just taking the customer funds and not going to refund at all if the company is closing down.
I have been using Xendpay since many years now and suddenly I see the website is down and I am really worried as I made a transaction on 24th Nov and received a confirmation that they received funds but then since yesterday (27th Nov) website says they are not taking new customers, no response on emails or calls and my funds are not sent to beneficiary.
What is happening? I am really worried and freaking out as I made a big amount transaction.
I don’t know what do to..
can anyone help?
Ive received an email 2 days ago that the funds were sent to the receiver, while the dashboard on the app is showing the transaction is still in progress. I do not know whether the transaction has been finalized or not. I paid a lot of service fee for "Fast transfer by debit card", but after 3 working days the money has not yet been paid.
I have since learned that the money (substantial amount) was not paid and operations suspended :( Very bad to steal clients money!!!!
Been using Xendpay for a few years &
always found them a good way to send money abroad.
Better rate than the bank & fairly easy to use online.
Guess there are other companies out there but i will stay with these guys.
Very fast to send money to a known recipient. Very staightforward.

This is an ongoing review of XendPay. Please do not use them or use them at your peril! Read my previous review.
They still have not released my funds back to me after more than ten days! Honestly, I am reporting them to the Financial Ombudsman who are very interested in the case! Really XendPay, we do have controls in the UK!
