Great way to send
Most of the time Xendpay is fast and efficient and it is always cheaper than others.
When things are delayed, which is usually dowe to the banks at the receiving end, customer services sorts things out very quickly.

Hey Xendpay - you dropped the ball on this one - BiG-time
Hey Xendpay - ordinarily I sing your praises, but this time, you got it horribly wrong. I get it, things do go wrong sometimes, but what has prompted me to write this review and give you this rating, is how you actively set about adjusting my expectations of you downwards.
My last transaction with you took 9 days to complete, and I had become accustomed to expecting 2 from you. This on its own might have been irksome but could be forgivable. What the real problem here is, is the two emails I send you which were totally ignored, and when I did reach you on the phone, the lack of information and follow-up that came from your side. It is not a deal-breaker by any means, but the problem you have created for yourselves is that now I am quite prepared to try other services whereas before, that would have been out of the question.

Lack of communication when you are…
Lack of communication when you are waiting over a week for your funds to clear in your account, no contact as to why or a written apology.
Day 8 still No Money! After being told that by customer service that there had been a technical issue, do they think that I am that gullible. Offered a Refund after collecting interest on my money for over a week. I have used this company for years and It has never been so poor.

I sent some money from South Africa to…
I sent some money from South Africa to Germany and was later contacted by the Compliance team via email to confirm some details. After that, I received an email stating that my account will be closed immediately without any reasons provided. However, they have not returned my money. I sent them numerous emails about this without any response from them.
I can deal with the fact that they don't want me to use their services for whatever reason but at least they should have the courteously to refund my money as it is MY money and NOT their money.

I paid xendpay on the 18/7 and then…
I paid xendpay on the 18/7 and then daily delays for numerous security questions. Why they couldn’t ask all questions at once is beyond me. Compliance cleared my funds finally £100k to convert to $190k Australian on 26/7/23.
Was told 1-3 days for the funds to arrive. Was then promised funds by 1/8 (4 working days).
8 days later (6 working days) and nothing. Just constant emails we are looking into it with our banking partner.
I’d used this company a few times in the last decade but this is a decline in service and speed.
I’m worried I’ve been scammed as nothing arriving and emails are not providing answers or assurances.

This must be the worst company ever
This must be the worst company ever! I have been waiting for 8 days for a no-frills straight forward Euro transfer to my Euro account in Croatia. Other companies do it in 5 hours.
Stay away from this crowd - all you will get are promises.
