They called around 45 minutes before delivery
which had been allocated an afternoon slot.

spoke to advisers Mel and then JIm to ensure correct information given for quote as not always easy to know what health information needed on online.....
they both gave a professional service and price compared favourably with alternative choice.....
you can get a lower price on comparison sites for other companies but wanted peace of mind
for the extra cost,which i think we have.

always found them a good way to send money abroad.
Better rate than the bank & fairly easy to use online.
Guess there are other companies out there but i will stay with these guys.

Overall very happy with Xendpay.
Only improvement is maybe could do with email
when money has reached beneficiaries account.
Therefore only 4 stars!

Our garden tap stopped working.
Homeserve agreed to come out between 8am-6pm which meant
potentially waiting in all day.
However,the engineer called around 9am to say 'on his way'.
Tap was found to have failed & was replaced within 20 minutes.
You don't realise how useful things are until they are not working!

Overall very happy with money transfer;
reason not 5 stars:dashboard did not show transaction complete
quickly enough for me,although the customer service staff are always on hand with any enquiries.
I will continue to use Xendpay as exchange rate is fair & fees low.

I rang to clarify what amount i needed to cover &
the difference between policies on offer.
I then made my choice based on the 2 quotes.
The information was given very clearly and pleasantly,
therefore i decided to take out cover
(which i hope i don't need-but you never know!).

First time user of Xendpay,so a little apprehensive,
however,i found their customer service very helpful.
I did need a little help and was able to speak to them by phone.
Their fees were low & i was able to track my transaction online.
I would feel more confident of the process next time.

Ordered Bosch under counter integrated fridge to replace Siemens;
additionally,had free delivery & paid £45 for installation(which was a special offer from Siemens/Bosch/Neff group at the time).
I was told to expect text&email early morning of delivery date-no text was received,although on checking i did get an email to say time slot would be 12-4pm.Delivery team called my mobile at 11.45am to confirm enroute & arrived 12noon & I was happy with their work.
I also received calls from AO to my mobile before delivery,regarding extending warranty;I have since taken out extended warranty for 5 years with the manufacturer.
Finally,may i thank Leah(sorry may have been Leanne) in customer services,as i rang and asked for possible £12 refund as a price match which she happily arranged.
