Update 16/7/24, replacement fulfilled with delay

the product was sent, but it was faulty.I reported that and was prompted to create a video demonstration the component doesn't. I did that.

Since then, no response to email or calls to the service number.

Update:
Coincidentally, after publishing the above feedback, I received a message that the replacement process had been launched, and meanwhile been received, which is truly appreciated.

never had anything other than positive…

never had anything other than positive experiences, so 5 stars seem definitely in order.
Instructions for the installation are carefully crafted, succinct but complete. No activation ever failed. Support team responded promptly to a question that once did pop up. All this at an unbeatable price, it leaves nothing wish for to me :-)

Full score

This transaction went through extremely swift.

Only space for improvement would be the notification of the job completion. Now, as in previous cases, it does not arrive, i.e. at least not for destination New Zealand KIWI Bank.

But once understood, I find it not enough reason to not give it the full score :-)

Rates and Performance are impressive.

Rates and Performance are impressive.
The exchange rates have been better than those of competitors over the last 2.5 years since I started comparing. Interface has always been user-friendly and was further improved recently. Also adding 2-step verification via OTP. Transactions are swift. Support response is prompt. On a couple of occasions, mistakes made on my side were perfectly handled and corrected by them. Notifications have been improved and are now up to scratch. I couldn't ask for more.

I've send money to Kiwi Bank NZ the…

I've send money to Kiwi Bank NZ the second time around now.
What did not work again, was being notified upon completion of the transfer.
It's minor and hardly takes away from everything else that was perfect.

Pros & Cons

Pros
prompt response to support issues
always very polite (sometimes even overly)

Cons
the support thread can become long before it gets resolved
going through too many hands
until it reaches the one person who is actually up to the task
feels like the ball does not drop, but is also not moving forward

It's been really good when Crazy Domains only hosted the domain.
Since the web hosting was added I had a couple of disappointing experiences. As a learning, I would consider paying more if I had reason to believe it can spare me those. Website or email down for days on end is too distressing.

Update: the issue got resolved promptly after my email to Cathy
