Frustrating Experience with Poor Instructions and Damaged Part
After several days of repeated attempts—specifically Friday through Sunday—we finally managed to lower the bed on Monday. Unfortunately, the overall experience has been extremely disappointing.
The first issue was receiving a damaged part, which delayed the entire assembly process. But what made things worse was the poorly written instruction manual. It lacked clear, step-by-step guidance, and many parts were not labeled properly (e.g., side panels not marked as Left Part 6 / Right Part 7). We spent hours trying to figure things out ourselves, which was both stressful and exhausting.
For a product that costs £359, I expected much better quality control and customer support. At one point, I genuinely questioned why we were putting in so much effort for something that should have been straightforward.
I’ve shared a video of our multiple failed attempts.
To anyone considering this bed: be prepared for a frustrating assembly process unless Happy Beds improves their supplier instructions and part labeling.
