Everything went smoothly from start excellent service to…

Everything went smoothly from start to finish, from booking through to pick-up. On top of an oil change full service I found I had to have the timing belt changed too, my fault as I hadn’t realised it was due. Megan was really great, advising I could spread the cost and sorted it all out for me. Brilliant, thanks so much Megan and Evans Halshaw Gateshead.

Fantastic Service

Absolutely fantastic service and I’m so happy with the 3 perfumes I bought. Even though the delivery was very late thanks to Amazon and not the Scent Reserve’s fault, Craig was really excellent and sorted it out for me immediately. I have to say, their customer service was second to none! Thank you so much Craig and I will definitely be using you again.

Monies still not released back to me after 10 days!

This is an ongoing review of XendPay. Please do not use them or use them at your peril! Read my previous review.

They still have not released my funds back to me after more than ten days! Honestly, I am reporting them to the Financial Ombudsman who are very interested in the case! Really XendPay, we do have controls in the UK!

Shocking Customer Service

Sending a small amount of money to my partner in Mauritius everything went fine, my money had been received by XendPay. Then 4 hours later, which I thought was unusually long for XendPay, they asked me for proof of my address, proof of identity some other personal details and the same for my partner. That would have been fine if I hadn’t just left on a 2 week trip and boarded a flight and had none of the information to hand.

I asked them to return my money so that I could get the money to my partner via Moneycorp or XE, both of who I am registered with. XendPay just immediately closed my account saying they had returned my money in a rather nastily worded email! I was rather shocked! I am even further shocked some 10 days later still waiting for my monies to be returned to me! Shocking customer service and I certainly never got treated like this by Moneycorp when I was purchasing me overseas properties!

Apologies if this is rather long winded, I am however, rather tired of the total lack of any form of good customer service in so many companies now in the UK. Which saddens me having held a number of positions as Head of Customer Support!

Thank you for your response, you fail to accept that you gave me no time to send you the information you requested as I left on vacation! Had I been at home I could have provided all documentation you required!

The thing was I was happy with your service until you suddenly asked for this information without giving me any time to properly respond. Hey ho, maybe a sign of the times where innocent people get caught up in a wider net!

At the end of the day, I provided all the information you requested at the time of signing up to your service. Perhaps you need to review your enrolment policies of which, as I stated, I already have fulfilled at MoneyCorp and XE.com!

Not a great experience

The package never arrived and still hasn’t more than 2 weeks later. I’ve never had a problem with any deliveries before! I think I’m just going to have to use M&S for decaffeinated teabags but prefer Ringtons. Hey ho!

Excellent service from storing my new furniture until I moved in through to delivery. Colin and Craig from Blaydon were great, they delivered the table and put it together in minutes. It is so heavy I don’t know how they did it so fast! I would highly recommend Barker and Stonehouse.
