terrible purchasing agreement; I paid for the initial one year membership and I'm forced to submit a credit card for renewal only to be charged twice; false complimentary card advertisement. I'm cancelling this mess immediately!

I had to keep correcting dates of stay; website had me arriving one day earlier than my input, and leaving one day later than my input. Check out kept screen blank making me wait over five minutes with no response, other than showing "screen blank" for url when I tried to do so via PayPal! Three successive tries with same results, plus I had to start process all over each time. Would have given 5 Stars except for this hassle!

I booked a hotel and when we arrived to check in, the hotel had no record at all of our reservation. I called TicketsatWork and was put through the worst customer experience I've ever had. They failed to send the correct confirmation number to the hotel and instead of resolving that issue while I was on the phone, they put in a ticket and told me it would take 1-3 hours. 2 hours later, I was still waiting. I called back and they wanted to put me through the same exact process. In an email they sent to me, it said their policy was to send the confirmation to the hotel up to 7 days prior to my arrival. They failed to do this and I spent half of my first vacation day trying to resolve an issue that never should have happened. On top of that, they are refusing to make it right and give me any kind of refund. DO NOT USE THEM. They actually DON'T save you any money either. I found out I could have booked at the hotel on the same day for LESS than what I paid booking through TicketsatWork. It's as close to a SCAM as you can get..

I booked a hotel room through Sams Club Travel. Paid in full to take advantage of the supposed good price. I ended up finding it cheaper to bundle with a flight somewhere else. Plainly states on wesite that there is no cancellation fee up until 3 days before the stay. So I call to cancel an get a refund. I guess it must be 1995 still, because you cannot cancel online. I told the rep my name and order number. He said he cannot find it. 3x, I repeated myself to this rep who spoke perfect english. I am reading my confirmation email verbatim. I even offered to sent this person the email I recieved as confirmation. He said "no" they cannot do that. I need to get the correct order number and name, he says. We literally went round and roud for 15 minutes before I ask for a manager. I was put on a "brief hold " for another 15 minutes while they try to contact a manager. Then a totally different rep comes on and I had to explain the situation over again, but they could not help! I have to get tranferred back to the original rep. When he finally gets back on the line, he says a manager isn't available and asks if one can call me back. (ya, right!) "Nope, I'm getting this resolved now" So now back the the circle jerk. "Can you tell me your name and order number again?" WTF. I did. This time I added my middle name just because I was getting furious. Well wouldn't you know it he found it. OMG. Apparently, he was looking at my name as it appeared on the credit card, which included my middle initial. Really. A middle initail is all you really needed or were you just being a d-bag, because I was cancelling. Thanks from a Sams Club member for almost 20 years. I will never use their travel service again because of you.

I had a promo code which was showing applied for 10 off but the payment kept erroring - it would only go through after the 8th time and that was without the 10 off using BRP0725

This company is behind the tickets booked thru Sam's club travel.
I booked a 2 day hotel and had to check out early due to work related issues.
Basically, after agreeing that I will get a refund if the hotel agreed no one called the hotel and they are refusing a refund saying that the hotel partner refused. what a bunch of crock...
Stay away from Sam's club travel powered by ebg.
Its a scam.
Book directly from the hotels even if its more expensive. These guys will steal your money if anything happens. All their policies are in their favor.

I did not receive what I ordered. I reserved a "Q6 compact or larger wild car or similar" and I received a Hyundai venue. Something is very wrong there.

It’s been 4 days short of a month & still haven’t received a refund I keep getting the give is 72 hrs runaround it should never take that long to do a refund when the hotel manager is on record stating that she already approved it weeks ago I feel like I got scammed

I started ordering 3 tickets at a 30% discount rate to take my kids to Discovery Cove . I got interrupted to go to a meeting. When I came back, the tickets had timed out. I was told that the price I was trying to get was no longer available, and that I would need to start over, which I did. BUT, I did NOT get the 30% discount that I originally was going to get, Bad business.
