Some challenges, but they will work hard to resolve

I had an issue with a booking that I made. It was very difficult to reach somebody and get them to listen. The wait times for a supervisor are long and their front line of customer service is not the greatest. However, once senior management was aware of the issue, they worked very hard and went above and beyond to resolve it. I appreciate it very much. I think it’s time to bring customer service back to the United States, however. It doesn’t feel good to have to work so hard to get a reasonable response.

We apologize but our hotel team is working on this with the supplier and the hotel's wholesale team. Once we get a proper answer we will reach out directly to the guest on her Vegas hotel room.

3rd world healthcare in Colorado

This organization makes it way too difficult to get care in any way. I tried making an appointment with one of their providers and I had a referral. They lost the referral and I had to get another one. They were so rude about it. They then told me that I couldn't get an appointment for 3 weeks and if I didn't want that one, I would have to wait 2 1/2 more months. I explained that I also needed a biopsy and could I get that scheduled sooner. The employee tells me that the doctor performs the biopsy, so I can't get one for several months. I questioned this because a biopsy is usually considered more urgent. She mocked me and said people don't die of thyroid cancer "for years". This is so bizarre to me. I was able to get a biopsy on my breast in an imaging center and all the research I've done indicates that a radiologist, not an endocrinologist, performs the biopsy. So, I tell her this and she admits she just made it up. You can't get help here.

They took over $100 in fees away from…

They took over $100 in fees away from me. I never wanted to be their customer. This organization is stealing from people. They have some backdoor deal when someone leaves their company, the company sends them the 401K proceeds and they hold them hostage for hundreds of dollars in fees.

Christine, when your funds were being held in a sponsored retirement plan, it’s the plan who is responsible for the maintenance of the account. When you no longer work for the company or if your plan was terminated, they are unable to continue to provide you with that benefit. When the account gets rolled over and it moves into an IRA, it’s the individual who is responsible for the maintenance of the account.

This company steals money from people.

I paid this company $386 and found out I wasn't eligible for their program. They said they would process a refund. It's been over a month and I haven't received it. I've asked them several times for a refund and they will not respond.

BEWARE and go elsewhere

I have been using this service for almost 5 months. Everything was good until my provider left the platform. They immediately matched me with a new provider without any vetting. They were available in the really early AM hours (like 3 a.m.) and then a little bit in the evening, which was not convenient. The new provider was just plain mean. Within 5 minutes of speaking with her, I started having an anxiety attack. She sniped at me and was so rude. To make it worse, she didn't respect my right to privacy. I could hear her children and spouse very clearly, not in the background. I had to end the call and I have been in a depression spiral since then. I am really suffering. The service department refuses to vet any new provider - I want them to have a conversation with them to make sure they're a fit. They won't. They did offer me $10, which is really insulting. These people don't care about anything. They are monetizing the pain and suffering of others and providing substandard care, without any guidelines.
