They forgot a critical piece of the dresser I needed for my nursery. Instead of the piece I was missing I had a duplicate of a different piece. Incredibly frustrating. I reached out and they apparently don’t resolve customer service issues over the phone? I have never heard of such a thing. What kind of company doesn’t help you out over the phone? They couldn’t even give me an estimate of when the piece I needed would be shipped. When I finally got in touch with them via email, they took days to respond. I sent them my information to mail me the new piece, to which they said they never received, though I had the screenshots of my delivered email. Not to mention, the instructions are terrible and basically let you leave building it up to your imagination. Do better. I ended up returning the dresser to Amazon. I’ve never had such a terrible experience building a piece of furniture. Will never buy from this brand again.

My Garvee customer service experience has been exceptional! Over the course of a few days since my initial phone call to this company, my inquiry was handled with great care by a few different agents - each one attentive, courteous, and willing to help. An item I ordered arrived with missing parts but I truly loved it and had no interest in sending it back, I only needed spare parts for it sent. After a careful search which I believe is why more than one person cared for my inquiry, we found there were no parts for my model to send separately. Garvee customer service representatives all expressed sincere apologies for my item missing the parts, but they didn't stop there... they wanted to keep a customer and make it right, so they offered to issue a partial refund to my original payment source in order for me to shop for the items I needed, locally. I was asked to suggest a figure that I felt would cover the cost of these few attachable parts and the efforts needed to aquire them. After searching some online sources for replacements, I replied with a fair amount. My proposal was honored and Garvee immediately proceeded with the steps to initiate my refund to the card I used when I made my purchase. I wasn't asked to supply anymore billing information and no calls were required as they had an orderly record of these needed details. My concerns were addressed and handled with cordial, well written emails that really made me feel heard and valued.

It was as if I experienced what quality customer care from an earlier era must have been like - from a time when businesses truly cared about customer satisfaction.

I purchased a couch from Garvee that broke within a week of using. They said it was a factory defect and offered less than 1/4 of the cost as a refund. Very disappointing

Zoey did an excellent job in finding and getting the proper replacement bulbs sent out to me for a makeup vanity that arrived with two lights not working. She was very communicative every step of the way. I’m excited for the replacement bulbs to arrive so I can see the full effect of the vanity.
