I had to keep correcting dates of stay

I had to keep correcting dates of stay; website had me arriving one day earlier than my input, and leaving one day later than my input. Check out kept screen blank making me wait over five minutes with no response, other than showing "screen blank" for url when I tried to do so via PayPal! Three successive tries with same results, plus I had to start process all over each time. Would have given 5 Stars except for this hassle!

Friendly, pro-active assistance

I received, unexpectedly, a partial shipment. Customer service (Sarah and Charlotte) located the order and provided me with updated shipping information related to the split shipment. They also discovered that one of their suppliers had "called back" the shipment they made, for a reason unclear to me. Charlotte proactively offered to locate another supplier of the recalled product, and ship it to me. Both Sarah and Charlotte were patient and so helpful. I would make future purchases from this company without hesitation!

I have intentionally changed nothing on my computer…

I have changed nothing on my computer in regards to where my backups are saved and stored, but I kept getting messages that my storage was conflicted with nasty MS's one drive. I thought I had disabled that, but apparently I didn't go deep enough to sideline its unwanted saves "in the cloud". Now, I am having problems getting my updates for the last six weeks. All I get is an error popup window saying the update has failed, when I click on the for more info, nothing happens except that the window closes. Can I get some help with this, please? I don't know why I can't get updates!

I received great customer service in resuming my orders. My wife passed away last year so I saw no need to continue the service. I've recently begun dating again and the two keepers still enjoy sex, so I need to be prepared and this product always performed as promised. My suspended shipment was reinstated immediately and shipped same day!

Worked like a guardian Angel charm!

Got it quicker than expected, well wrapped and boxed.
This product worked as expected without flaw. It was just in time to transfer all my files to a new HDD. I transferred files from three separate HDDs from 300GB to 1TB in size, some files I'd given up on ever recovering!

Best sheets ever!

Shipping is quick, even to here, Alaska! The different colors available are excellent. The sheets themselves are as advertised; soft, cool, and extremely comfortable. No problems with washings, they last and last. Last two sets bought are still holding up well, even after almost three years. Bamboo threaded sheets are the best! I base the experience shown here on purchase from three years ago, and expect the same experience from my purchase on Mother's Day, May 14th.

I did not like "jumping" from website…

I did not like "jumping" from website to website to purchase products. I upgraded or purchased 3-4 products and had to make a separate purchase at each website. Why can't you fix this so all your products are displayed on one website so buyers can purchase which products they want without all that jumping around, and having to enter their addresses and credit card info over and over again?
I seriously doubt I'll be purchasing any future "subscription" renewals or upgrades. I like (mostly) the products, but I don't have the patience to be led around the circles in your circus.

Difficult to cancel

Took over two weeks to cancel policy. In the end, I was emailed a copy of a cancelation request. The cancelation request required a notary public to sign and stamp that my mileage at the time of cancelation was true and correct. I saw no purpose in that, unless it was required in the event that during my short policy activation I intended to file a repair claim. Well, if I canceled the policy, wouldn't it make sense to file and receive a claim payout before canceling? I just saw this as another dragged out requirement in order to cancel>

Belts and Buckles

Quick and easy to order, quick shipping and receipt. I like the newer buckle over the earlier one. The earlier one, you just lifted where the belt enters the buckle to open; moving the buckle to get straight with my gig line caused it to open. The newer buckle has a small lever at the bottom to open, much better!
I like the track on the belt, as well. This is so easy to use (tighten), and after almost two years I don't have that "floppy end" on the belt. The belt is of excellent quality, not like that cheap crap you see everywhere these days that starts falling apart in less than three to six months!
