Wouldn't bother with them.
They came around the house and left a teary note about how hard of a life farmers have etc. They come around the next day with a leaflet. We don't drink milk but we order eggs and say if everything goes well we will also order other things like butter and possibly bacon etc. We set a direct debit for the eggs. That was in January. February comes and nothing. By the 20th or so of February we see they already got paid once. We call and we get told that we should've gotten the eggs first but got assured the 'guy' was in the area and would deliver them that night. After the first week of March still no eggs. We just had the direct debit canceled for next month. Why bother canvasing for new customers if you cannot fulfill orders? We wanted to contribute somehow. What a shame!

Used them for over a year and a half…

Used them for over a year and a half without issue.

Have now cancelled as haven’t received deliver y for two of the last three weeks and have still been charged.

Messaged them on the first missed delivery (no response) nobody answering phone either. 🤷‍♂️

Never deliver my order 80% of the time.

It’s a bit of pot luck if I actually get my order twice a week, when I email to ask why I haven’t received anything (yet again) I never hear anything back from them. They will adjust the bill eventually but for something that’s meant to make my life a tiny wee bit easier, it’s actually more trouble than it’s worth 90% of the time. Going to switch to another company or just go back to using Asda.

Nicola in Shotts Office fantastic help

I had to call Thomsons office to get issue sorted out of another dairy using Thomson name to get customers. Nicola was fantastic, could not of been more helpful. I now have an account set up by Nicola and look forward to getting my milk etc delivered by a professional team. Nicola even apologised for all the hassle another company was giving me. Excellent service even before I became a customer.

service is terrible. misleading and hidden charges in the cost of the service. miss sold since I opened the door to the sales man. no wonder the company are begging for custom

I called and spoke with Nicola yesterday due to my account being just setup. Couldn’t of been more helpful and explained the new process to me and said if I had anymore queries or questions as the app can be a little fiddly then just to give her a call back

Me and my partner have had multiple…

Me and my partner have had multiple deliveries missed but still been charged for them and when I asked the delivery driver about it we were told that as we had been charged for stuff that never came that the next 2 deliveries would be at a reduced charge but when we called the office they said that the delivery driver didn’t have the power to say it we have a ring door bell so we have the proof when they do and don’t come how ever they don’t seem to care and just keep taking the money out through direct debit
