Jim our milkman is always punctual and always gets delivery correct. If we have to phone customer services we are always dealt with promptly and politely and efficiently.

Flowers were ordered for my 95year old mum in law for mother's day and 19th March chosen and paid for delivery. These were not delivered till 20th. Can you imagine the disappointment my mum in law felt. No one to speak to on 19th or 20th. Customer services appaling and money taken under false pretences. Certainly would not recommend this company.

So far so good. The service seems to have improved and the new delivery lady is a vast improvement on the last one who was extremely rude.

The last hew deliveries we had were just left on our doorstep for anyone to lift. Extremely bad

Very easy to use website and very efficient company.

You received my package on 23rd October and emailed that it would be delivered on 25th then you emailed me to say 8t would be 26th. This is now 30th and I still do not have package. No explanation and your customer services are worse than useless

As I am disabled and house bound my carer bought a sofa and chair on my behalf. David who served her was very helpful and made the transaction easy for her. I am shocked that as a disabled octogenarian I am being charged twice for delivery as you are unable to deliver both items together. Surely that is your fault not mine. As money is tight I have had to pay £59 twice to which I strongly object.

The service from this company is second to none. The products arrive when stated and in perfect condition. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. The product is just what I wanted and it works a treat.
