Just abysmal from start to finish.
Buyer beware. Avoid Virgin Media like the plague!
Moved across from Sky and booked an installation date. Installation cancelled day before (I checked they said nothing)
Impossible to speak to anyone coherent or with any kind of understanding of what the issue was. A rule awful experience from start to finish.
There is a reason Sky are more expensive I guess…. Buyer beware.
