Shocking service

came to our door promising a better service then other milk delivery services.. and how wrong they were!
3 months we stayed with them and only actually got milk delivered maybe 3 - 4 times, most days never showed up and when I rang to ask why the man on the phone was unprofessional and rude, didn't even answer the phone like a business just a blunt "hi what?"
ask for a refund for the numerous times our delivery got missed and all we got was £7 taken off a £11 order.. once. paid for weeks with not one delivery.

shocking service in west lothian.

Bad start

Logging in was a pain. No confirmation of order/amount or ability to cancel/amend. Bread was delivered out of date.

Hi I had sent an email to Nicola with regards to my order as I was having trouble trying to remove some items from my weekly delivery. She responded very quickly and kindly removed the items for me

Good customer service.

Called up to query something with my account, Nicola was superb; polite, attentive and sorted out the issue immediately. She's an asset to the company and the milk and delivery service is second to none. Would definitely recommend.
