I wasn't expecting an unmarked car. However, the driver had texted his registration number so we were clear who he was. No complaints with the service - on time, he delivered in the time he said and cost-wise it compared well with other taxi services.

quick, efficient service on arrival. Staff on hand to help. Smooth process both on departure and arrival. Cost-effective compared with other parking arrangements at Edinburgh. As a very occasional user, all round excellent experience. Would use again.

I was kept informed, timescales were met. The app to upload photos was easy to use. I was slightly disappointed that the eventual valuation was lower than originally quoted, but the dealer kept to the agreed price.

This was a very good offer compared to other sites. The whole process was quick and straightforward. The packaging for the return came within a couple of days and the cheque followed a couple of days later. All in all, very smooth.
My only caveat would be the return posting box didn't quite fit the phone and required a bit of a fankle.

The business model of being able to select the date of delivery and vary it at will is excellent. Also being able to select or de-select different types of food. Being given warning when the delivery is due is also first class, and DPD provide an excellent service. Overall, 5-star rating on service. My only criticisms.....the website is a bit slow and some of the communications can be a bit twee.

Folk have been very helpful and available when required. Feel sometimes bombarded by material. Not impressed by the portal.

Review of Go Ape
Great course with some new bits since last visit. Very friendly staff, and always on hand during the course in case you need them. Only criticism would be that party was maybe too big....we were held up on several occasions by slowpokes.
