The agents in the group travel section were all superb and very easy to work with. They were knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful, answering all questions and advising how to manage a group booking for 15 people

Underwhelming experience
Arrival was excellent with driver greeting us and taking us to our hotel the Radisson Blu.
Pick up did not go smoothly. Our driver did not appear at the designated time. When I phoned the number on my paperwork I was told he had been and sent away by reception. Unlikely since we had waited since twelve noon( check out time) for a 12.45 pick up. No one came. Reception confirmed this. Operator at the company said at 1.15 that he would send another cab but it would take 35 mins to reach us. We caught our plane but the ex perience caused a lot of anxiety and stress. Not impressed.
