In October 2025

In October 2025, I wanted to get a better deal on my SIM only contract and Talkmobile suggested that I have an online chat with their sales team. Happily, I was able to get a more appropriate deal done online within a few minutes without having to change provider. The online chat was very efficient, quick and I got the deal completed effectively without any inefficient phone calls or lengthy emails. I'm very happy with the service provided by this trader on this occasion and can highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a mobile SIM contract.

I broke my Molar on the Weekend!

I experienced a broken lower left molar in September 2025 and could not chew at all on the left side of my mouth. This was a highly inconvenient situation. As this happened over the weekend, I attempted some DIY fixes at home, but they kept failing. On Monday, I found that I could not visit my local dentist, but fortunately, this practice was able to see me the next day and provide a temporary solution until I could undergo a full assessment to determine if the molar needed a complete extraction or if there was an alternative. I was seen on the NHS service, and the bill came to under £30. I am very pleased with the service I received.

Cost Effective Holiday Bundle

I needed to check if a overseas bundle was available and my call was dealt with very professionally by the advisor and I got precise instructions on how to activate the bundle, the exact cost and the features that were included. Very happy with the service provided my this supplier and I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

Top-class customer service

Top-class customer service. Recently my painter accidentally cut the fibre cable leading to the house. I was able to contact the company easily and within a few days the engineers had come and fixed the cable without any charge. No fuss; no drama; brilliant service for a sector where many fail to deliver an acceptable service.

The customer service is awful and they need 30 days to terminate!

The customer service is awful; the product is poor and their contract in my opinion violates the terms of the "Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999" legislation. Today, I wanted to end the service with Onestream from the 29 of the month and the company wants me to give them 30 days' notice to terminate - I have never had to give such a notice ever before in 30 years of dealing with phone companies including BT, TalkTalk, Now Broadband, Vodaphone, Now TV, Plusnet, Virgin and Community Fibre. A terrible company and terrible customer service- Avoid them with a barge pole and save yourself a lot of hassle!

We made our first substantial order of over 25 electrical items from this supplier and everything arrived very promptly and all items were received in mint condition. The whole buying experience and delivery service was very fast, description of each item was utterly accurate, efficient order entry on the website and very importantly the price was exceptionally competitive. I ordered 2 Goodyear tyres they arrived in good time and in excellent condition at a very low price.

The local tyre dealers wanted over £75 each for a new tyre for my car in July 2013. I looked at the Oponeo website and ordered 2 tyres for my Fiat Punto Grande at £50 each including delivery.

The tyres arrived within a week and I got them fitted at a local tyre shop for £10 each including balancing and saved myself over £20 for brand new Goodyear rubber on the front wheels for my car.

I would highly recommend this company if you are in the market for new tyres. As far as I am concerned, they get a score of 10 out of 10.
