Serious problems with SwissCubanCigars.com and their subsidiaries/affiliates
As perhaps you know (or don't know) the SwissCubanCigars.com have an affiliate/subsidiary under the URL address cigar-dropshipping.com, which provides dropshipping services for Cuban & Non-Cuban cigars to various traders. And we have been working with these people for the last 12 months or so.
On 01.10.25 we have remitted to their Polish bank the amount of US$5.000 in order to replenish our account/balance with them. These funds have been credited to their account next day (02.10.25). We have many times asked by emails, telephone calls to their customer service and specifically to its head Mr. Castellanos to acknowledge and credit these funds to our account. But despite all this they never did, and NEVER have replied to any of our emails and calls. So, and after almost 2 weeks these funds haven't been acknowledged of, and we really wonder if this trader is still in business, or closed down for good. We are trying to figure out how to avoid losing this amount, which is rather substantial and vital for our business.

I've rec'd 3out of 4 orders. found out that my order was confiscated because of the brand ordered. Be careful when ordering. Cubans will get confiscated. Other than that, you can buy most everything in the states. Just find a cigar store that provides fresh product. Swiss cigars were fresh.
Only one of two products was delivered…
One of the two products was delivered in a very timely manner. I called and was told the 2nd item could not be delivered and that the order was canceled and a refund would be initiated. The refund has not been completed and now no one answers the phone, responds to emails nor voice mails.

Only 1 of 3 boxes were received! It was over 45 days and most likely confiscated by Customs. Swiss Cuban Cigars states they are responsible for packages to the address - but no refund has been made after repeated attempts of contact. I was happy with the company until this last shipment.

The product itself is great — I’ve already placed three orders. However, for some reason, my phone number always ends up being incorrect on the shipping label, so I have to contact EMS every time. That’s the only downside.

Multiple box purchase in May 25
Multiple box purchase in May 25. They sent the boxes 1 at a time, waiting for each to arrive before releasing the next. Last box was not successful. After my refund request it took 60 days. Multiple communications with no response. I was persistent. Finally received credit for the last box that was unsuccessful… in Oct 25. My advice. One at a time until received.
