What a great company. My order was shipped promptly as usual but unfortunately got lost in the mail. Swiss Cuban Cigars tracks their shipments for you and informed me of this loss on their own and promptly sent a replacement along with a gift of a box of cigars to apologize for the inconvenience - which was not their doing. This is such a polite and honorable company and always a joy to shop with especially their great sales. Couldn't be happier with them and will stay a regular customer. All the best to them.

Always a great company to buy from. I've used them many times. Excellent website and extensive product selection at the best prices. Shipping is fast and secure and everything arrives great and well packed and perfectly humidified - I've checked the cigars with a humidity meter and it's clear they take care of their products and get them to you in perfect smoking condition. Thanks to them all at SCC.

The egg bites tasted good but made me and my wife sick a few hours after we ate them. So never ordering this again may not have been stored properly.

Follow up - They never even offered me a refund for the bad food that made us sick. Avoid them at all costs.

Wonderful find. A friendly well stocked cigar and smoke shop that always delivers excellent and swift service - and I order from the US. A humidor I ordered and received was missing a humidifier unit and as soon as I informed them, Hayley had the missing item in the post within hours. I wish all businesses treated their customers this well. Can't recommend them enough!

The watch is beautiful and is exactly as advertised. It was shipped quickly. The seller was friendly and responsive and answered my questions immediately and made this a great transaction. Would definitely do business with him again.

I was hoping America’s Crate would be something fun. Instead I got a box each month of junk. This month I got a $40 box with a $1 eyeglasses clip, a road atlas worth a few bucks and a notebook with a wood cover but it is weird and each page is preprinted to detail an adventure. So it’s completely useless for any other purpose. Last month I got some red white and blue rock candy and a 3x5 inch piece of wood with the flag painted in it and 4 cheap rough wood coasters some of which were missing some of the felt feet. You get the idea. You pay $40 and get $5-8 worth of stuff. Glad I only committed to a 3 month trial. This service should be named “America’s Crap”

Update; The 3 month “Trial” self renews so I got billed again and told them to cancel the next 3 months and they said NO. So I have notified the credit card company. But you see the attitude there. STAY AWAY - BUYER BEWARE
