We had cigars held at customs and you sent a replacement, completely the right thing to do. You also let us know step for step how the cigars were being shipped. The cigars were very well packed and moisture was perfect.

My first shipment had a problem at customs with one of the 5 boxes and SwissCubanCigars took care of it on their own. The cigars I received smoke really well. Very pleased with the attention paid!
