I’ve been getting my cigars from Swiss for a long time. Always the Best! The last orders have been confiscated by customs. Not happy but Swiss tried a second time…same results… They made me whole on this…for which I am very thankful! Hopefully things will go back to normal again and I will be able to enjoy there superior products and customer service!!!

Love the cigars!
Did not love the deliver process and emails sent with different messages about status of each box ordered. Was Frustrating! Did eventually get all the cigars and have been enjoying them.

High price, parts out of stock after ordering, having to pay twice to ship part back ordered. Worst customer service and would never recommend this source. Go local...it will most likely be leads!

Process was relatively easy. Staff was great. Installers did a great job. If I’d have known there was a large mark up charged for installation, I probably would have been able to save a few and found local installer myself.
