Went the extra mile . Measured wrongly for underlay phoned company they altered the correct measurement which I received in a couple of days also allowed me to return the original order thank you .

Delivery was really fast and product is exactly as described. The rug and underlay hasn't budged an inch on our Karndean flooring despite our mad Greyhound doing zoomies on it!
