Used InPost UK for the first time, I was a bit nervous as I hadnt used this type of delivery service before, I however found it very easy to use, I was picking up a parcel, and had no problems. I would be happy to use this service again.

I have just opened a tub of Quality Street chocolate, I can honestly say they taste disgusting. I started with the purple one which was revolting, a distinct taste of chemicals, and a weird granula consistancy. I persevered as after all they are chocolates, next the green triangle, again a tang of chemicals, smelling the unopened chocolates they smelt weird as well.
Very sad when we were little a tub of Quality Street in the house meant Xmas was coming and happy memories. Sadly these sweets will all be going in the dustbin, there is something extremely wrong with the flavour and smell. Hopefully Heroes havent gone the same way, I will never buy these again.

I ordered the Ora Kiely bath robe/ coat, which apparently is for outdoor wear as well, nowhere on the website were there measurements for this item, I spoke with the chatbot, which was useless, I finally was put through to a human being, she gave me an armpit to armpit measurement which didnt sound right at all, after some thought she said she would get back to me. The jacket was described as one size.

She never did make further contact, so I ordered the jacket which was a big mistake, it was not just huge it was gigantic, a complete waste of time and money, I had to pay for return postage, I wish I hadnt ordered it, still waiting for refund. Annoying website that doesnt supply all the information needed to make a sensible purchase. Maybe they do it on purpose so people purchase the jacket, due to the size of it, it must make a hard sell.

I purchased Zoven Flared trousers, only found this site by accident. As they were so nice I have just ordered a third pair, thrilled with my purchases and would definitely recommend this company.

I purchased the Tyre inflator, I was really nervous as I had never done it before. I finally summoned up enough courage, and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. I did find it hard to attach the connection to the tyre, because the hub was a bit in the way, and the connection did fly off the tyre a number of times. If I had actually read the instructions, I think I would have found it easier to maintain the P.S.I. figure on the screen. I kept getting numbers which were not P.S.I. This was user error I am sure.
I am very happy with all my purchases from Ryobi including this one, I am considering purchasing the car battery charger, but am a bit scared of that job, so am putting it off.

Fast delivery, beautifully packaged which was perfect as it was a present. Bed linen was just as described and the quality was super. Thrilled with my purchase, would not hesitate to purchase again.

Would give nought, but unable to. Leaking hot water cylinder, paid excess as my cover required. Engineer came out, yes I needed new cylinder, but you are not covered for that.
He said he would organise a quote to cover works required. No Quote arrived, paid excess for nothing.
Why wasnt I told my cistern wasnt covered when I made it clear at the time of booking and paying for engineer visit that it was my cistern leaking badly. Nobody has phoned, nothing in post re quote.

Dreadful customer service, purchased an electric throw directly from them in October 2022, which no longer heats up. Futura Direct will not answer my emails it is under warranty, phone number has a recorded message instructing customers to use form on website, have use this form four times, no response whatsoever. Cannot contact them.

Hi The gentleman that came to do the repair was very pleasant, the only gripe I have is that a shortish length (90") of copper pipe had burst/cracked in the centre. Instead of replacing the entire length of copper pipe, the burst piece was cut out and approx a 6" length to repair was inserted and fitted in place with 2 white plastic attachment. This means the 90" of copper pipe now has 4 fittings. I feel this was stingy and the plastic fittings are not as strong against frost. This section of pipework is crammed under a door and can not have any frost protection fitted due to no access, so I am in no doubt that the fittings will not withstand a sharp frost.
Disappointed with the repair, I dont feel that this was the best long term way of making a good repair. Mean and stingy, just to save a few pounds. I did see that he looked in his van prior to fixing to check what copper pipes he had and they were too short. I think a trip to the shops would have been better solution.

Purchased for a Xmas present, so disappointed with the packaging, just a clear plastic bag in a cheap brown cardboard box, no branded wrappings at all, which wasnt the impression I wanted to give for Xmas. It just looks as though I have re-wrapped an unwanted gift, especially as there are no attached tags etc as far as I can tell.
I Haven't opened the bag (as would make it look even worse) so am just hoping it is all ok.
I have purchased this item previously for myself and was very pleased, but mine was in branded packaging, so I was surprised at how this purchase was sent to me. Will find out after Xmas if all is well.
