Have just purchased a Sofa and was most impressed with Derren the lady assistant who helped us in finding exactly what we were looking for. She was extremely patient and understanding being able to answer all our questions immediately. She was charming and helpful and went "the extra mile" to ensure we totally happy with our purchase. She is a great asset to the team at DFS.

Angela and Alistair were helpful and so reassuring, I am blind, and was anxious about this type of transaction, but they both were quite superb. Everything went very smoothly and they were helpful and extremely understanding.

Over the years we have cruised the world with R.O.L and have never been dissapointed with any of their services. On a recent occasion Joanne was particularly good with her very patient approach answering all our questions with good humour and excellent advice with regard to position of cabins. A constant high quality service for we are eternally grateful.

Always excellent customer service. Alice our consultant was extremely helpful, patient and understanding as I am visually impaired. Nothing was too much trouble and she explained everything in great detail with honestly and cheerfullness and may I say, one in a million and a great asset to your Company. We have only used you once before but it was a superb cruise at an incredible price. This is also our view of the cruise we booked recently. Normally we cannot afford Silverseas, which we have always wanted to travel with. Our previous ship was Azamara which was also outstanding, thank you all very much.
