I had to get through a stupid chat bot…

I had to get through a stupid chat bot reply to my first, very clear email which included all required info that the chat bot was unable to identify. Once a real person took over they sorted everything out efficiently.

Great product and service

I bought their Sper All-Surface Fleece Rug Gripper anti-slip Underlay (AKO Super Dual Fleece 180x280cm. It arrived very quickly (in a couple of days) and does the job of stopping my kilim from sliding around very well. Easy to cut to size. Very effective.
