I used Parcel2Go to send a parcel, next day delivery, to the Isle of Wight. It arrived next day and the courier tried to deliver the parcel but it became apparent that I had put the wrong house number on the parcel and the parcel was not accepted at the address on the label and was returned to the driver.
I contacted Parcel2Go and spoke to Christine. She was very helpful and said she would contact the courier to try and arrange a redelivery. She said it could take 1 or 2 days to process. The parcel was redelivered the following day, in time for Christmas. Excellent service, thank you!

I ordered the gift on Thursday night and it was needed for the Monday. The company contacted me Friday and said they hoped to get it to me on time but suggested courier delivery would guarantee this. I added the courier service and the gift arrived Sunday afternoon.
The glass, with engraving, was lovely and the recipient of my gift really liked it.

I cannot comment on the holdall I ordered as it did not arrive! I contacted Ted Baker and they responded to my email next day. (I was impressed with this aspect). Apparently the courier service had lost my package. The item is now out of stock and I am to be refunded.
As this was a Christmas present (ordered at end of Nov and it was now 15th Dec) I revisited the site and ordered another holdall in a different colour- which was more expensive than the original. Paid for 2 day deliver. On the due date (17th December) I was advised that the package had been delayed.....I am waiting hopefully!
