Ruby Love Coupon Codes are a Scam!!!…
Placed an order using the discount code they sent me. Code appeared to have processed after I hit the apply code button, however, I was charged the full amount, the code did not process. I called and emailed customer service and they claim they can’t honor the discount, because of how their system is set up. I then asked to cancel the order and was told that is not possible because it had already processed. This place is a total scam with HORRENDOUS customer service.

Can’t reach customer service
I placed an order and thought that I double checked the size I was ordering. The first 2 confirmation emails I got didn’t include what size I bought so I didn’t know what size I ordered. I stopped checking the emails because I assumed none of them would include the size. My package came and the swimsuit said xsmall on the packaging not the medium that I intended to order. Not sure if this was my error but looking back the later emails did say xsmall was ordered even though I’m positive I double checked before ordering. I sent three emails to customer service with no response. I tried calling the phone number 4 times and it kept saying the line was busy. I’m extremely frustrated especially since my order was not cheap. Wish I could give 0 stars.
Update: I got a response from their email 8 days later that they can do an exchange. I received the correct size in the mail. Still nervous to order from them in the future.

I wish I could leave less than 1 star for the review. I briefly viewed an email that said 50% off. Thought great I’ll have a look at the site having previously purchased some togs 5 years ago. The pricing kept changing depending on which page I was on. I wasn’t sure if the 50% was on there. Also being international I wasn’t sure if the pricing was for my country or for US. I thought I would find out when I went to the checkout which I’ve done on many sites before. Not this site. I got to the checkout, I didn’t even get to confirm my order, cost, sizing or address and now I am being sent a delivery. The price I saw was US and given the conversion I could purchase them for less at an Australian site. There was no 50% off because apparently you needed to put in a code. And I have emailed the company twice straight after requesting the order to be cancelled and I heard nothing. I then get an email to say it’s been shipped. So I’ve emailed again and still no response. 4 emails to date and I’ve heard nothing from this company. Additionally the website has been down since just after this all started so I don’t even know if the company still exists (might explain the lack of response if it is no longer active)!!!
After reading some of the other reviews I’m certainly not hopeful for a refund and even more worried I’ll be out of pocket for products that don’t even arrive. This has been an extremely stressful experience and I could not recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered my products on Oct 16, 2024. To date I have not received any of the order. I have reached out 8 times to the support email and keep getting the same response that my inquiry has been "escalated". I have tried the customer service phone number and no one ever answers. I just want someone to refund my money since the product never shipped.

It is a scam
It is a scam. Received a kit purchased for my daughter that was incomplete, and really really poor quality. Now impossible to contact the company or now to even load the website. Very expensive, feeling foolish for having purchased from this company. Beware.
Customer Service or Disservice?
I ordered 2 sets of 5 panties internationally - order placed end of July, and only 1 set arrived mid September. Asked for a refund of half the order that was not delivered. The half delivered did not fit well so was exchanged for a gift card (that took also few weeks but at least was completed). Now, almost 6 months after the initial order, multiple emails to customer service, the request is always elevated but never answered. Still waiting to get back what I paid for the product never delivered!

I would put no stars if I could. I have waited one year for a refund for products I never received. I have emailed every month asking when I would receive my refund and have an automated reply with no real support. This company is a joke and I would not recommend them to anyone!

5 months of waiting, 27 emails and nothing delivered!
Feels like writing a negative review is the last resort for me to finally get my order delivered..
I have placed an order for First Period Kit + 4 pc Teen Period Underwear Hipster Bundle on 4 June, paying $43.98 for an expedited shipment to ensure I get it before my trip in August.
After multiple follow-ups on email, I was informed that I was placed on back orders (whatever that means), and then it made some progress. I received an email about order status change and USPS tracking number only on 1 August.
But it never reached me, got stuck after international transit point in my country. They could not provide me with any updates, neither did usps.
On 4 October I get to know from local post office that the package was sent back since it had no apt number and no phone number indicated (although I provided them during order), and on 23 October it was returned back to US!
Since then it’s just endless standard responses from support team on how they understand me and have escalated the issue. No new shipment details.
In total, 5 months of waiting, 27 emails back and forth! No order delivered! Hopeless at this point… I just wanted my daughter to have the time of her month, as they say in their slogan :(
P.s. order number 552765.
Update on 26 December: today I finally got it delivered! Yay! 🥳 the package got sent without mobile number and full address again, was sent back to US after arriving to Dubai, then back again and I managed to catch it by calling local post office so they could update my number and address.
Now will try to get back the money I paid for expedited shipping.

I ordered a swimsuit for my daughter in October 2023 and never received it. I was told it was on back order. After 6 months, I doubted my kid would even fit the suit I had ordered so I asked for a refund and only received emails thanking me for my patience. Btw, the emails are from an address @email.gorgias.com, not rubylove. Feels extremely scammy. Don't give them your money, you'll never get it back!

Terrible customer service. I ordered on 8/9 for instock items. On 9/3 I requested as update as the website listed my order status as Fulfilled. Still not shipment and no explanation beyond the warehouse being too busy. I contacted them again on 9/9 requesting a refund of my order. I was told my request had been escalated to the next team. On 9/16 I contacted them again, same story. On 9/17 I miraculously get a shipping notification for an order that I had now requested a refund twice. I immediately contacted customer service to let them know I would be returning this to sender. She linked the return policy which states no return on my items. I will NEVER order from this company again.

took 45 days to receive my order. then the order had wrong items and the size chart on the actual page of the underwear is so wrong its not even funny. save yourself time, energy and frustration and go buy a different brand off amazon. way better shipping and customer service.

So it seems as if I am not the only one scammed by this company - I should have read the reviews!
I first placed an order on 31 July. I received an email saying it had been shipped (with no tracking details) on 8 August. Fast forward to the 28 August - no communication with the company and no order received. I have since sent a number of emails asking about my order - apparently a high volume of orders, order has not been shipped, longer-than-normal processing times (despite me getting an email saying it had been shipped)- no spontaneous communication about any of this other than responses to my emails.
I asked for a refund on 29 August (because of the longer-than-normal processing times)- 15 September and I am still waiting to hear if I get a refund. Would never use again!
UPDATE: once I started a transaction dispute with my credit card - suddenly the items I ordered are on their way! Only 2 months after the first order went in! I don't want the items - I want my money back you scam of a company!

Really wish I had read all the reviews of this company before I ordered. I now agree that this is a total scam of a company. I ordered a bundle (four pairs of underwear) and needed to exchange size - - BTW the sizing chart is way wrong! I contacted the company so I could send the incorrect sizes (clean and unworn) back for exchange, knowing that I would be expected to pay return shipping. I was given the runaround that they did not have the correct sizes in stock. So I waited, and waited, and waited... over two months later... I received just two (of the orginal fours pairs of underwear). I reached out to them AGAIN! I've contacted customer service no less than a dozen times in 2 months and they won't do anything to correct the issue or refund for the discrepancy. So... no correction of the exchange, no refund... nothing. I will NEVER order from them. I mean it... NEVER!!! It's not worth it!!! They stole my money and claim that they are escalating the concern over and over again!!! I have contacted the BBB and my credit card company.
Update (9/9/24): While the company may think that including a generic reply to this review is in some way satisfactory, this concern has still not been adddressed or resolved. I have corresponded countless times already with this company in an effort to resolve a simple product exchange and do not wish to call them again. All future communication will by done in writing.
Update #2 (9/29/24): Only after posting my reviews and eliciting help from the BBB, I was shipped 2 pairs of underwear as “replacements” but they were completely the wrong sizes. It’s like they just picked two random sizes and threw them in the mail?!?! Contacted the company and, yet again, I am caught in a never ending spiral of trivial communication and empty promises! Shocking!?!?! Issue still not resolved! I will never order again!!!
Update #3 (10/14/24): RubyLove has been contacted by my credit card company to dispute the charges. Still waiting for resolution as RubyLove has not replied to the credit card company either. Consider this... there is a reason that RubyLove does not allow reviews on their website!
Update #4 (11/17/24): It's finally over!!! BBB has given RubyLove an "F" rating for their failure to reply to correspondence. My credit card company was able to secure a refund for me!!! I am done with RubyLove FOREVER!!!

Won't use again
Not good experience with them! Ordered my product way back in March, and it didn't ship for months... Contacted them a few times even with months in between to always get the same answer and they will "contact me" with updates and never did.
Only after I decided to start the refund process with paypal they, oh miracle, sent the product out instantly without delay or any problems!
Finally got my stuff but not worth the stress and won't be ordering anymore. I thank paypal that they finally ended up sending my order at all or I have no idea how much longer this would have gone on.

When the company sends the wrong product , they should sort it out at their expense.
This year my daughter wanted a swimsuit for holiday and ordered it. We were sent black pants instead. When I emailed I was asked to send photos etc of package, which I did. Then had to post back before they would send swimsuit. Postage was NZ$29 and I had to send photos of package with post and address , which I did. We finally got the swimsuit, long after holiday was over as this took months! Now I am waiting to hear how they will reimburse the postage I paid for their mistake. A credit is of no use as I don't wish to order from them again after this experience. Be aware.
