This is what is says when I click on the tracking for the shipping:
Label Created, not yet in system
A status update is not yet available on your package. It will be available when the shipper provides an update or the package is given to USPS. Check back soon.
The package was never given to USPS
I ordered my products on Oct 16, 2024. To date I have not received any of the order. I have reached out 8 times to the support email and keep getting the same response that my inquiry has been "escalated". I have tried the customer service phone number and no one ever answers. I just want someone to refund my money since the product never shipped.

We see that your package has been shipped with USPS. However being that you still haven't received it as of yet we will look into the matter an fix the situation for you. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
We shipped your package and it must have gotten lost in the mail. The tracking number with USPS gets reused after a couple of months that is the reason for it saying not yet in system. We have since reshipped your order and sent you a tracking number for that package via email. If you have any questions feel free to contact our office at 516-654-2020.
