Ruby Love Coupon Codes are a Scam!!!…
Placed an order using the discount code they sent me. Code appeared to have processed after I hit the apply code button, however, I was charged the full amount, the code did not process. I called and emailed customer service and they claim they can’t honor the discount, because of how their system is set up. I then asked to cancel the order and was told that is not possible because it had already processed. This place is a total scam with HORRENDOUS customer service.

We understand your frustration. Once an order has been processed, our system can’t retroactively apply discounts or cancel shipments. Unopened items are eligible for return for store credit, and our team is available to assist with that process.
