When the company sends the wrong product , they should sort it out at their expense.
This year my daughter wanted a swimsuit for holiday and ordered it. We were sent black pants instead. When I emailed I was asked to send photos etc of package, which I did. Then had to post back before they would send swimsuit. Postage was NZ$29 and I had to send photos of package with post and address , which I did. We finally got the swimsuit, long after holiday was over as this took months! Now I am waiting to hear how they will reimburse the postage I paid for their mistake. A credit is of no use as I don't wish to order from them again after this experience. Be aware.
