Very friendly and efficient.

Parcel sent 26 days ago, I've emailed them three times and they just fob me off every time. Clearly they aren't looking, and they don't care.

First time using it, I dropped off 2 packages, lost them both
One was worth 30, and they refunded me only 20

Managed to lose an expensive 45kg package. No tracking info for a week after the package was due to be delivered and blamed the delay on 'poor weather in the delivery area' which was completely untrue. Will never use this company again if I have a choice.

This company keeps changing delivery dates at the last minute and saying I requested it when I did NOT!!!
Useless, absolutely useless - I have told the seller that they have lost a €1000 order due to these incompetents!

Relais Colis has been the worst carrier I’ve used in Pays de Gex. The driver passed by without ringing the doorbell; no phone call, no email, no SMS. Tracking showed an “attempted delivery” that never happened. Instead of offering a pickup point or real redelivery, the parcel circulated around France and was sent back to the sender. Other carriers reach this address without problems, so this is on Relais Colis. Poor communication, poor accountability, wasted time and money. I won’t use them again.

Always very slow and unreliable delivery service. Delivery within France from Vinted,11 days and still waiting !!! Tracking just says in transit.
