My package was delivered to a relais that does not work with them anymore. So he sent the packages back. No one can tell me where the package is now.
Additionally, I tried to call, waited for 45 minutes in a queue, and when mu turn arrived the line was cut.
Seems like the worst service ever.

Package hasn't moved for 12 days
My package hasn't moved for 12 days! They had many working days to move my package but it's still at the same spot where the seller left it off.
I bought something from Vinted with Homerr and relais colis said they will take care of my package, but they're clearly not.

Never use Relaiscolis
Never use Relaiscolis. They asked me to be at home from 8am to 12am for a delivery. The guy called at 2:30pm telling me that he is late and that I should reschedule with his assistant. He could not provide me any number of course... I did find the number online and when I call, the guy on the phone is telling me that they will call me back within the next 48h.
My purchase has literally disappeared....

Very very bad experience with relais colis
Very bad experience with relais colis.
Their employees are very rude, do not solve the clients' needs and are disrespectful. They give us a rendez-vous for the delivery, a time schedule where we need to be available to receive the product we bought in the internet. The funny thing is that they do not respect their own time schedule.
Moreover, they lie to us when they don't know how to solve a problem. Take care when they say they are gonna contact you back.
I concluded that it is not worthy to buy things from the Conforama website since the delivery system is very incompetent and takes a lot of our time.
Really bad experience.
