Dishonest and incompetent.
One star because I cannot give zero! Dishonestly marked the case of my two pieces of luggage as 'closed' - they were never lost, simply arrived on a different flight. Handed to Dirby who never made any contact and have failed to deliver - KLM are liable for the compensation - completely incompetent and zero contact...
The only response was from Trustpilot as below - took them an incompetent FOUR days to deliver from a local airport - awful company!
