Dishonest and incompetent.

One star because I cannot give zero! Dishonestly marked the case of my two pieces of luggage as 'closed' - they were never lost, simply arrived on a different flight. Handed to Dirby who never made any contact and have failed to deliver - KLM are liable for the compensation - completely incompetent and zero contact...

The only response was from Trustpilot as below - took them an incompetent FOUR days to deliver from a local airport - awful company!

According to international procedures, a baggage is only declared “lost” after 21 days without any update. Until then, it is considered delayed baggage, as most bags are located and delivered after a flight mismatch or transfer delay.

The delivery is handled by our appointed logistics partners. We regret the lack of contact on their side, as this does not reflect the level of service we aim to provide.

This company keeps changing delivery dates at the last minute and saying I requested it when I did NOT!!!
Useless, absolutely useless - I have told the seller that they have lost a €1000 order due to these incompetents!
Who in their right minds does business with a company with 39% ONE STAR reviews!!?


39% d'avis négatifs !! Cette société continue de modifier les dates de livraison à la dernière minute et dit que je l'ai demandé alors que je ne l'ai PAS fait !!! Inutile, absolument inutile - j'ai dit au vendeur qu'il avait perdu une commande de 1000 € à cause de ces incompétents !Qui, sensé, fait affaire avec une entreprise avec 39 % d’avis ONE STAR !! ?

3rd rate banking

Can't give a 0 star!
Unresponsive and lacks initiative - v basic banking service as a previous reviewer noted. Churlish support with no insight into minimum expectations. Practically? I unnecessarily lost out on hundreds of euro's due to the lack of basic support. AND they have the temerity to charge more than other banks!! Another review is due shortly-easy to put your money in but v tricky and costly to get it out!!

Perfect-nice people as well!

Faultless; have been with them well over 2 years and any issues or complexities in tax, NI or pension, have always been dealt with swiftly and competently; v nice people on their staff as well. Always pay well on time and correctly - I guess that's most important!
