Totally untrustworthy
I ordered from La Redoute and the delivery was supposed to be done by this company. Already programming the delivery was super weird - they sent text messages that looked like scam with clickable links even just to confirm the delivery, not just to modify the date. When the guy arrived in a run-in-the-mill rental car, he was quite unfriendly and not very well organised. Turned out he had only part of my delivery and was no help whatsoever trying to figure out what is up with the rest. Customer service is not very reactive and I even had a lot of back and forth with La Redoute the last couple days because apparently they have no idea either where the products ended up.

Huge delays, package got directed to the wrong depot, no meaningful update on online tracking system, couldn't get response from customer service, other than instructions to phone another number, when I phoned over 2 days, I just got a repeated message saying 'they had too many messages'. Had to resort to contacting the company selling what I had ordered and somehow they managed to arrange the delivery. I now will not order anything from any company using Relais Colis
Package gone, vanished
I have sent my package on the 20th of August with Homerr Vinted and arrived in Paris on the 24th. Out for delivery on the 25th... all well you would think... NO! Still not arrived and today we are the 11th of September. Apparently the package is lost... How can you loose a package you are literally delivering? Either it wasn't scanned, the wrong code was scanned, the driver left the doors open while delivering the packages to the Point Relais and somebody has stolen it or somebody from RelaisColis has stolen it. Disgusting... Don't use this company. First time I had sent with this company and it will be my very last time. Certainly do not recommend, no, run to another company.

Really not worth more than 0 stars. My package has been lost for 45 days, no updates, no available customer service, nothing. The absolute worst delivery company there is.

TERRIBLE. Used them through Vinted and homerr. My parcel is missing with expensive contents. No help, no refund and no answer
The Absolute Worst!
They are consistently the slowest and least reliable service available. I could have walked to France and back in the TWO WEEKS! it has taken this horrible company to deliver a package to the Netherlands. Avoid these people at all costs! The little bit of money you save by using them is offset by their total unreliability and the glacial speed of their transport. The absolute worst.
Incompetant and impolite service/Service incompétent et impoli
This company just sent us text messages essentially saying my wife and I are liars. They claim their driver arrived and sat outside our house for 15 minutes when we were actually facing the road for 45 minutes eating lunch and no truck even entered our road. The Driver also claimed we called him back an hour later than we actually did and the company (in the text) is telling us we should be be polite to their driver, a man  after he was yelling at my wife on the phone. They have now not shown up for multiple deliveries. They have now not shown up for multiple deliveries. Pitiful and disgusting behavior.
Cette société vient de nous envoyer des SMS disant essentiellement que ma femme et moi sommes des menteurs. Ils prétendent que leur chauffeur est arrivé et s'est assis devant notre maison pendant 15 minutes alors que nous étions en fait face à la route pendant 45 minutes en train de déjeuner et qu'aucun camion n'est même entré sur notre route. Le chauffeur a également affirmé que nous l'avions rappelé une heure plus tard que nous ne l'avions fait et que la société (dans le texte) nous a dit que nous devrions être polis avec leur chauffeur, un homme après avoir crié après ma femme au téléphone. Ils ne se sont plus présentés pour plusieurs livraisons. Comportement pitoyable et dégoûtant
