Third time in a row they have put 12345678 as my phone number on the label.
I even emailed them this time beforehand, with a screenshot of the info I put in the order.
They didn't respond (they never respond).
Again, I'll say great products, atrocious customer service.

Seven emails, and a phone call. Two investigations opened, 23 days since sending, and still no response from Mondial.

Great products and fast delivery, terrible customer service who either ignore you or respond with sarcasm and tell you things are your problem.
My last two orders have had the phone number 12345678 on the parcel, meaning the delivery was complicated. I use autofil, and after the first time I double checked the number was correct. Their response: you must have put that number in the order. Idiotic to say the least. I assume as they're blaming their customers for this, they're not going to fix whatever bug is causing it.

Parcel sent 26 days ago, I've emailed them three times and they just fob me off every time. Clearly they aren't looking, and they don't care.

I've tried 4 times to find out why my parcel hasn't moved for two weeks, no response from Mondial.

Package sent 16 days ago, and has not left the locker it was dropped in. I've contacted Mondial three times and they have done nothing.

They put my number as 003112345678 on the parcel, so the delivery guy had to come back three times to deliver it.
My phone number is stored in your system.
Another thing, I have an open query with your customer service, who asked me to provide photos of a product which didn't match what I ordered. I sent the photos, then I never had a response from you. It has been almost a month.

Sent 15 days ago.
Out for delivery SIX TIMES over the last 7 days.
Still not delivered.
What an absolute joke.

Delays and more delays, they're incapable of delivering a single parcel on time, and I currently have 4 parcels with Mondial which haven't moved for over a week.
I'm constantly having to call them to make them search for my most parcels, and they almost never deliver them to the correct location.
And look at the flood of five star reviews they receive all the time...all with just one or two words, all very similar. Clearly trustpilot needs to do more to stop them manipulating their rating, they're the most abysmal delivery company, I don't know a single person who doesn't agree.

3km away from my home this time. They don't care, they make no effort to deliver to the correct location.
I have a second package not yet scanned delivred to the same relay, so I'll have to do another 6km trip to get that once the guy can be bothered to scan it.
Vinted Go and Mondial Relay are the worst of all the courriers, and they're all bad so it's a low bar. I only use them when there is no other option, and frankly I'm so sick of it I'm probably going to just stop buying and selling when they force me to use these two abysmal delivery companies.
Can't even contact Vinted go, as their web formula doesn't recognise their own order numbers.

I use Vinted a lot, and I actually think it's quite good. But what I don't like is that they are forcing us to use Mondial Relay, who are incapable of successfully delivering a single parcel.
You need to let us deactivate companies like this. I don't even care if it stops me selling as much.
While you continue to force me to suffer this useless provider, my review will remain at 1 star.

You have to do their job for them. When your parcel stops moving for days on end, as it almost always does, you have to waste loads of time contacting them to make them find it again. Sometimes this takes weeks. If not, they won't do anything, because they are not bothering to track parcels or identify issues.
My parcel was out for delivery last week, but of course, as always, the relay was unavailable so I had to choose another one, and now the parcel is stuck somewhere.
This happens EVERY TIME a relay isn't available.
There are suspicious 5-star reviews being left by people who, in every other review they leave, they write a long comment, but for MR they put one word, almost like they're being incentivised to do it. I don't know anyone who doesn't hate Mondial relay, and I have constant problems every time I use them (which sometimes I do because Vinted obliges it, or people don't read my instructions not to use Mondial).
This company is a total joke and the sooner they disappear the better.

Instead of asking me to select a different relay (every single time, because your lockers are ALWAYS unavailable), why can't you just deliver it to the nearest available locker? You have this information, I don't. Instead, I have to way several more days before you deliver again, and then it's probably also unavailable.
The worst courrier company.

I've reported one user 74 times for the same breach of rules. The report was upheld by Vinted and the user was apparently disciplined each time. Clearly this means nothing, as every single time it happens, they simply re-upload the illegal items and so on and so forth. 74 times! Clearly the policy of blocking users who repeatedly break the rules is total rubbish. How can someone be disciplined so many times and still be free to continue uploading illegal content?
This is actually not the first time this has happened. Another user was uploading illegal content and I reported them over a hundred times before they finally seemed to stop.
The only reason I'm even reporting them is because Vinted's algorithm fills my feed with their illegal products every day.

1. My parcel has been stuck in a locker in a permanently closed relay point for 6 days.
2. I live in France but I'm English so I press 1 to speak to someone in english. This person doesn't understand what I'm talking about so I have to explain everything in French anyway.
3. Nothing happens and I have no idea if or when my parcel will be sent.
BOYCOTT THIS COMPANY, THE QUICKER THEY ARE GONE THE BETTER.

Dropped my parcel off, then the relay closed permanently and my parcel is still in there.

My Vinted order was sent from Paris (I also live in Paris). It's now two weeks later and it's been to Rouen and now it's in Lyon, and it's impossible to contact anyone, so instead I have to wait endlessly knowing full well that I'm never going to receive it.
They don't care, as they think it's OK because you'll get refunded. They don't seem to understand that I actually want to receive my parcel.
I'm starting to get sick of this platform. I currently have 5 orders stuck in shipping for weeks and weeks, and Vinted doesn't provide any serious way to get it sorted out.

Yet again the system doesn't work because there aren't enough lockers. Very slow and inefficient, 2 week delivery times despite being out for delivery again and again. They just drive them round and round then back to the depot.
I've just seen that my parcel has now left Paris, where I live, and been taken to Rouen, what???
