Quick and easy - staff very pleasant

We're waiting for a sofa to be delivered, delivery date has been changed 6 times with absolutely no warning or contact.
We have had to wait at home multiple times, but had no communication so we have had to call them to follow up.
Been waiting over 6 weeks and still no resolution in sight. They have had the item since 6th December, it's now 13th January. We are so frustrated by the poor service.

You changed the delivery address w/o asking me.
Really poor service...

HORRIBLE service! Twice they ‘attempted delivery’ never called, buzzed, nothing, had all access codes, apartment number… I was home watching from my window on the streets! They say we were not home! They give a 2 hours delivery slot, they ‘come’ earlier and/or never attempt and the email says they will attepmt again without providing any details for the next delvery (the or what was th eissue with the ‘attempt’. They also make you wait an hour on a call and then hang up. Recheduling took 3 days. Sent us the time slot after I emailed them, called, and tried to chat with the chat bot… Horrible.. Never again ordering from amazon.fr

Missing item in the parcel, and no documents inside saying what the parcel contained.

Paid extra 70 euro. No respond for a week. After they pickup phone and just hung up. After they said it will be delivered three times without any changes, during next two weeks. After they said we were not at home precisely 1 minute before their office is closed. Beware.

The worst delivery service I have used. They claim that they did not find me but they never showed up to my address. Then they kept on asking to change the delivery address, and the only available one is 45 minutes away. I hope I will not have to rely on them in the future.

Worst transport company ever more expensive than the others yet it takes waaaaaaaay more time than the rest

Please try to avoid this company. My package was delivered to place which was 23 kms from the point which I selected without any explanation and in very detached area. They stated the place which I selected was not available what was not true. I went there to verify. Also there were many other places close to this place. So I don't understand why my package was shipped so far away.
