Relais Colis has been the worst carrier I’ve used in Pays de Gex. The driver passed by without ringing the doorbell; no phone call, no email, no SMS. Tracking showed an “attempted delivery” that never happened. Instead of offering a pickup point or real redelivery, the parcel circulated around France and was sent back to the sender. Other carriers reach this address without problems, so this is on Relais Colis. Poor communication, poor accountability, wasted time and money. I won’t use them again.
I want to benefit from the bonus of 100 EUR trading in my old Samsung Galaxy S8 for 1 EUR (symbolic value), but it is impossible after trying with four different credit cards.
The problem seems to be recurrent according to the comment in their forums. Customer Service advice is to buy without trading in the old phone.
If you do that (buying without using the 100 EUR discount as advertised), all the credits cards are valid again (no comments ...)
If they cannot honor their advertisement, how am I supposed to believe they will honor the warranty in case of need.
I was a long customer of Samsung, but looking at the new direction of the company, never again!
I bought a treadmill in this place, which arrived in two business days. They forgot an accessory, but solved the issue politely in one day and received the missing piece.
I was scammed at this place. Ordered a phone cover, and after 15 business days without receiving the item, I contact them to get my money back. They ignore my request and refuse to provide a tracking number of the shipping. Please save yourself the hassle and avoid MobileSupplies.nl
UPDATE:
After several weeks, I consider my money completely lost. The seller only contacted me with an aggressive email saying that he was not going to return my money in retaliation for the bad review.

We have also informed you via email that you have opted for standard (free) shipping. In that case the order is shipped with normal letterbox mail and there is no track and trace linked to the shipment. It is therefore not that we refused to send the tracking data, for this kind of shipments simply no tracking data is available. We also indicated to you in the same email that we are always responsible until the shipment is successfully delivered to you, and you do not have to worry about being left empty-handed. We have not received a response from you to this email, but we do have received this and other reviews?
You can always contact us by reply to our customer service email so that we can look for a solution together.

We have never spoken to you aggressively. Furthermore, we have also offered you a refund on 27-11, before you started writing bad reviews on various websites. Of course we are still willing to solve this issue for you, you can always respond to our last email then we can work it out together.
I bought a flip cover and a screen protector for a Motorola e5 play, the screen protector was way too big and the cover doesn't fit properly, making impossible to use the fingerprint scanner and very hard to trigger the volume and power buttons.
