Delivery issues

Product is good but to deliver, they are bound in a plastic packing strips which means that they cut into the cardboard so 3 of the boxes on each side of the packs that we got them in had to be thrown away due to damage. Think there must be a better solution for securing them for delivery.

Extremely Helpful Customer Service!

Tihana listened to my enquiry and went through all of our options! I was losing hope but she did not give up exploring the best options for me. She had also given me a trial price of my product saving me over £40! Thank you for being genuinely helpful, I appreciated that!

Shocking!

Absolutly shocking customer service.
Ordered storage bins advertised pack of 5 so brought 5 packs expecting 50 bins. Recieved 10.

Being 5 times more expensive than i anticapted i contacted to return.
£4.99 delivery cost originally yet wants to charge £36.00 to collect.
Not only this charging 20% " restocking charge ".
Now been a week, return & refund still not processed.
New customer, first order will never return.
Not impressed.
STAY WELL CLEAR!!

I will use the opportunity you have presented to help anyone with a similar query regarding the above with my response.

Most of our products are sold in packs and priced per item. The description provided for each item will advise this to clarify the product's pricing. If the price is per pack, it would state 'priced per pack'.

Specially sourced and Bespoke items do not benefit from our standard stocked item returns policy. Returns are not possible for these items unless they are received faulty. However, as in your case, we will always liaise with the supplier to endeavour to offer additional support where possible. If the supplier agrees to restock the item, it is usual that a collection fee and restocking fee are levied, as in this instance.

Again, I am sorry the website pricing structure was not understood as intended and for the inconvenience experienced as a result. As promised, I will contact you again once the suppliers have restocked your returned item to confirm your refund has been processed.

In the meantime, please feel free to contact me if you require any further help.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
- Placed an order. I was promised next day delivery and never arrived. - Order was paid online but received an invoice next day with BACS details to pay. - They use DX for delivery services, no tracking information was sent. - Upon contacting RAJA, the rep said, unsure of the tracking number, she then contacted DX to find out the tracking and then DX also mentioned, the parcel was loaded into the van and was taken out for an unknown reason. - She eventually gave me the tracking number which does not work. - Today I contacted DX, they say, they don't have the parcel. Completely left in dark now.
