Delivery issues
Product is good but to deliver, they are bound in a plastic packing strips which means that they cut into the cardboard so 3 of the boxes on each side of the packs that we got them in had to be thrown away due to damage. Think there must be a better solution for securing them for delivery.

Our suppliers band our boxes, and based on your feedback, the banding strength is too high, resulting in the damage you have experienced. We will liaise with our supplier to correct this.
