These couriers are a joke! Dangerous drivers! One of your couriers nearly caused me to crash this morning by obstructing me from moving into another lane ignored my indicator, when I blasted my horn the idiot decided to slam on, bare im mind this was 3.30am! No other cars in other lanes, nor in front of him! This is being now reported to the police! These clowns need shutting down and taking off the road! I even stopped further up, had he of been big enough to stop- the driver would of been taking a ride in ambulance! Absolute idiot. ( im wording politely!)

Shocking experience!!! Took 3 days to collect my parcel from shop, phoned customer service who gave me completely incorrect information!! Telling me they haven't made a delivery to the merchant I was sending parcel back to for over a month!! Utter BULL****🤬🤬 you need to retrain your staff!!! 🤬 yodel get yourselves sorted!! Even evri collect daily!! Why do you take 6days to deliver a parcel should be taking 3 days?! Will NEVER use or recommend again

Ordered item, wasn't happy with quality, sent back for refund. Told to wait 14 days for them to refund me.. doesn't make sense. They can dispatch orders within 24hrs yet to give a customer their money back it takes minimum 2 weeks?? Not impressed! No communication either.

Text me few days before to say delivery between 4-7, accepted delivery. Good job didn't have other things to do or have to work in evening as they was over an hr and half late. However. Good service, rang to say they was around 30 mins away and took my kayak around the back ( reluctantly. )
