Although part of our order was missing

Although part of our order was missing, he contacted the customer services team and Craig dealt with our issue quickly and we received the missing boxes within a couple of days.
Overall, very happy with the products and the communication.

Genuine customer service isn't dead

Can Not speak highly enough about the service from this group, Chap I spoke to was Craig Marriot and it was so refreshing to know that there are still people that take pride in their jobs and know what customer service is.
Polite, professional and helpful.

Packaging of the packaging could be better - good service otherwise.

Products were fine but I’m surprised a packaging supplier doesn’t package its packaging better. We received 2 deliveries - both knocked about a fair bit in transit. The flat boxes were merely strapped together and the outer ones consequently damaged, and a strapping dispenser needed taping back together to function as a strapping dispenser. So a little surprised and disheartened. That said, customer service was friendly and helpful when we quickly amended an order - so it’s just this one issue of protective packaging of the supplies that we felt should be better.

We wholeheartedly agree that we must improve how we package our customers' orders. I am pleased to advise you that we are implementing a new training plan for our packers, including product knowledge and the type of damage a product has experienced previously, to ensure sufficient protection is provided.

To date, many factors are considered when packing orders, and many are related to the feedback we have received from our customers, such as material wastage; this is why it is so important that our customers take the time to contact us with feedback such as yours so that we may continually improve the service we provide.

Your feedback has been passed on to our warehouse, which will review the packaging applied to your particular order so that we can get it right the next time.

Although I appreciate you repairing the damaged tape dispenser to make it usable, would you like us to send a replacement? Please respond to the email I sent you or contact me using the details provided, and we will arrange that for you.

Poor service.

I ordered some postal boxes (00862550) on 1st August. When they had not arrived on 6th August I was told they were out of stock and would not be sent till 22nd August. Why was I not told on 1st August? Very poor service. Andrew Macnair

I am sorry to hear about the lack of communication you received from us in this instance. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, especially as it helped us establish that our system was not performing correctly.

When an item is out of stock, several stages within our process should alert the sales team that an item is unavailable, enabling us to update you. By liaising with our Warehouse and IT department, we have established that a system error occurred on the product line. Our Team did not receive the relevant alert to advise the item was out of stock at the time of purchase, nor did it present itself in the Morning Report, resulting in us not being aware at the time of placing the order or the Team receiving the relevant report to contact you the following morning.

I am pleased that your order was successfully delivered on 8 August. Please accept my apology for the level of service you received and for any inconvenience you may have been caused.

Avoid. Poorly packaged and zero service.

Order sent poorly packaged and as a result all the contents were damaged. No reply to my follow up email to Raja to have the issue resolved. No point in paying premium for packaging if this is the level of service. Will have to revert to my credit card company for a refund if Raja continue to not reply and give no service.
