You can book in your MOT and wait for it which is most helpful. Online booking form which offers £10 off MOT.
Courteous and efficient.
Last year I had Gold standard Service and MOT and it was £200 cheaper than its nearest garage.
Vending machine could do with updating to contactless and filled as it was empty of food items.

Website easy to use and very clear

Website easy to use and very clear. Ordering efficient and plenty of appointments to choose from. I arrived earlier than my slotted time and they sorted my tyres out straightaway. Did a check of the other tyres and my brakes which was not expected. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

Initial booking in was straight…

Initial booking in was straight forward.
No mention of how long it would take was provided and I assumed it would be about one hour.
After waiting for an hour and a half I had to enquire whether the test had been completed.
Do think that the customer should be informed when the test has been completed?

You pay full price and you get half 🤷‍♂️

you pay for refill air con with gas and you only get half because they are rush in going to home
especially I had to wait for an hour even I had a reservation

Not a great experience

Not a great experience, paid for tyre fitment and tracking. On checking the vehicle afterwards it was obvious the track rod ends had not been touched. Went back inside and quizzed the guy at the counter on what the tracking was like, he said it wasn’t far out and just need a minor adjustment, so I pointed out that no adjustment had been made. He then made some excuse that it had not been done due to an admin error and got it back on the ramp. Also paid for aircon regas which they also claimed they did but then said blew and dumped the gas when they turned it on. So no refund and no mention on the invoice of the issue. After the tracking not being done and then the aircon, left me feeling like I wished I hadn’t left the vehicle or gone elsewhere.

Had my Aircon regassed here

Had my Aircon regassed here, excellent service. The tech, I believe who was called grant even entertained my 4 year old by answering his many many questions! Thank you again protyre

Excellent Service

Made an appointment to have a tyre replaced on Sunday 1st June in the afternoon, turned up on the Monday at the allotted time and the tyre fitter was ready and waiting for me. Fitted and balanced it in 15 minutes. Excellent service and will use the Worcester branch again.

I had been quoted a large amount to…

I had been quoted a large amount to replace an aircon condenser by a main dealer. This company checked my aircon for free and found it to be working fine. Evan the district manager at Worcester was really helpful. I have always used this garage for MOT’s and tyres and will continue in the future. Thank you very much indeed.

Great, friendly service

Went into the Worcester garage as my window washer wasn't working and I had been to the garage before for my MOT. They sorted the problem quickly and did not charge me for it. Done straight away as it was quiet. All the staff there were friendly and helpful. Spoke to Luc about getting my air conditioning refreshed which was able to be done straight away. Came back for the car an hour later and it's was all done. Thank you to all. Great service.
