Billy had printed out an preview itenary for us a week ago so we could check the times and dates with the family. Yesterday we returned to confirm and book the flights. We requested a change to one time and Billy did this very efficiently. This is our third time of using Trailfinders and will certainly use them again in the future.

This is the second time we have used Trailfinders to book our upcoming trip to South Africa. We were attended to by Billy who was very efficient and extremely helpful with dates and finding the most economical times to travel. He has also assited in planning our trip to Australia next year.

Initial booking in was straight forward.
No mention of how long it would take was provided and I assumed it would be about one hour.
After waiting for an hour and a half I had to enquire whether the test had been completed.
Do think that the customer should be informed when the test has been completed?

As always kept informed about the progress of the order and expected delivery date.
Home delivery as apposed to having to stand and wait at the Pharmacy.

Apart from the frustration of talking to a machine when seeking help, the live conversations were helpful and assisted in resolving the issue that I was having.

Two young engineers were excellent. Very polite and kept me informed as to what had to be done.
My main reason for not going for 10 was that the connection was not made and three e/mails were sent with still no resonse.
Nine days later the engineer returned and after some time managed to provide a broadband connection. I was never informed that the telephone connection required contacting Customer Service to be advised that the required piece of equipment had to be ordered. Just waiting now to connect the telephone.

Its a great experience because itis eash to reorder mis delivered edication. It then is delivered very promptly.

Always receive an E/Mail well in advance advising that a repeat prescription is required. Being able to request a repeat prescrion on line saving a vilsit to the Clinic to place an order. Kept informed concerning the request and when the mediction has been passed to the Post Office for delivery

Order was dispatched very qiickly.
Do not have to visit the pharmacy in town and due the number of people waiting to collect their medication there is always a delay in collecting your prescription.

Always kept informed concerening your order and how is it proceeding.
Delivery to the door makes such a difference instead of standing at the Pharmacy for your prescription to be made up.
