The shopping experience starts with an easy to navigate website and a good range of products, all competitively priced. When ordering there are a range of delivery methods, I needed a fridge ASAP so went with Saturday delivery. I then had a call from PRC to confirm the delivery details and their courier arrived exactly when expected on the Saturday. They even placed it exactly where I wanted it in the house. A really easy experience, I will be using again.
