Not a great experience

Not a great experience, paid for tyre fitment and tracking. On checking the vehicle afterwards it was obvious the track rod ends had not been touched. Went back inside and quizzed the guy at the counter on what the tracking was like, he said it wasn’t far out and just need a minor adjustment, so I pointed out that no adjustment had been made. He then made some excuse that it had not been done due to an admin error and got it back on the ramp. Also paid for aircon regas which they also claimed they did but then said blew and dumped the gas when they turned it on. So no refund and no mention on the invoice of the issue. After the tracking not being done and then the aircon, left me feeling like I wished I hadn’t left the vehicle or gone elsewhere.
