You pay full price and you get half 🤷‍♂️

you pay for refill air con with gas and you only get half because they are rush in going to home
especially I had to wait for an hour even I had a reservation

Poor service

This company is poor.I have got not very good experience with the solicitor.They don’t respond to emails.Don’t inform what is happening .Communication is appalling.We are in risk loose the house because the solicitor delayed all the time.The process buying the house start in April but show no sign of getting this purchase completed is August now.We are in danger of losing the property because of their incompetence .We tried answer on solicitor emails the same day and sorted the everything.Today we got e-mail from the seler agent if not sorted before Monday the vendor will be withdrawing the property from the market.We sorted problem with the funds ,sold the car on Tuesday and e-mail to solicitor but still not decision ,no answer.We contacted with the Lender about decision but they sad they haven’t got tcomplete information from the solicitor yet.We waiting 4 months now for complete but wa are losing hope.I would not recommend anyone use this company,but instead pay slightly more for a local proffesional solicitors.
