I ordered a very expensive laptop from Media Markt’s online store, but the delivery experience was extremely disappointing. The courier refused to deliver the package to my front porch as agreed, and despite my disability (I am autistic and unable to take phone calls), they insisted on calling instead of following the delivery instructions.
When I contacted customer support to resolve the issue, I was treated very poorly — even after explaining my condition. The representative was unprofessional, dismissive, and showed no concern about the missing product or my situation. Unfortunately, I have still not received either the item or a refund.
This experience has been deeply upsetting and unprofessional from start to finish. I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this online store until they improve their customer service and accessibility practices.

Hello, I picked up my TV on Thursday, which I ordered online! The TV was installed, but my screen remains blue! I've been trying to exchange my TV for one that works for a few days now! I get an email with the answer: turn on the power! The screen is blue, the power is on! I just want my money back if it takes that long.

Delivery guys refused to move, let alone takeaway the old fridge though the shop had said that was part of the deal.
I bought a fridge/freezer. Having just moved I need a lot of new appliances. I will not be buying them from mediamarkt.
For my new dishwasher I paid a bit more and bought local.
I will not suffer the rude and dismissive attitude of mediamarkt again.

I am writing this review to highly recommend and thank LEA from the MediaMarkt shop in Mijas. In summary before Lea got involved, the service in the telephone department was rude and horrible (as is often the case at this department). After taking a number and waiting patiently for 20 minutes (while other "locals" without numbers were helped!), I was finally waited on. But was then quickly told ( after 1-2 minutes) that my product solution was not in stock. They didn't even check inventory on the computer before I was told no, not in stock! And they refused to check, when I requested it! Frustrated again after a long drive to the shop plus 20 minutes of waiting, I was fed up with yet again this lazy approach from telephone dept employees. And I was on my way to file a complaint with the Manager. When a young employee named LEA approached me and said she remembered me and that she had helped me before when I bought my Samsung S25 and Samsung S25+ phones. And that she had overheard my conversation. She said that she checked and found the product I needed (in stock!) She told me that she would be happy to help me! This was great as I had driven 20 minutes to the shop and then waited another 20 minutes with my number form service! Therefore, I strongly thank LEA for her professionalism and support. She should be promoted!

Bought a Dyson for 340€ via the online Mediamarkt eBay store in April. The product doesn't work, i've called customer service 25(!) times and am still waiting for them to pick up the bad product and give me a refund. The customer service line has proven beyond useless. Empty promises of my case being "escalated to another department" and then nothing happens.

the store is great, big have it all from electronics and the prices are good, and plenty of promotions going on… but if you need to consult with an agent first you will have trouble finding one in the store, second, the guy i talked with, had no information about the product, was googling to find answers

First ordered through mediamarkt marketplace at Tek4life. Tek4life delivered a broken tv and refuse to restore their mistake.
So I ordered the same at Mediamarkt directly and that was excellent service. Also the tv is perfect and I am very happy with the quality, Love the screen and very good audio performance..
@mediamarkt, can you please check with your partner Tek4Life, because now I have paid 2x for 1 tv.
I ordered the tv first at mediamarket market place at Tec4life (by accident, I thought I was buying at Mediamarkt directly). They sent me a tv that was broken. I sent it back and now they say it broke during the return sending. Which ofcourse it was not the case since we sent it back because it was broken. Your partner Tek4life does not respond on anything (emails and phonecalls).
In the mean time we bought a second one (same) directly at mediamarkt and again that service was excellent.
Please help us solving the case of Tek4life delivering a broken LG to our house and refuse to pay our money back.

Simply horrible. I called them more than 5 times, but all they say is that they will get back to me very soon by email, but nothing happens. Every time I call them, they put me on hold and end up spending more than 30 minutes for nothing. They are keen to sell, but do not want to handle returns and refunds.
